I was ***** Acted and forced to stay at Northside Behavioral Health. I wasn't allowed to say good bye to my husband. They wouldn't give me any of my perscribed medications. They wouldn't even give me an over the counter sleep med since none of my perscribed meds mattered. It had to be prescribed to me they said. They should have gotten my records from ******************* with my med list. I told them what my meds were when I got there too. That place was horrible. Nothing as advertised. The place was was very run down. Lights would flicker. Tiles were mismatched on the floor. All they had to sit at were two picnic style tables and worn waiting room chairs in the main area. They kept it very cold. You had to use blankets to keep warm it was so cold. They would only let you out for 20 minutes into a prison yard.The beds were rock hard uncomfortable. I tried to ask for some pain meds that night because I have back problems and was in pain and was ignored. At night men and women are forced to share one bathroom. No one kept it clean. There was pee all over the floor and toilet seat. I got it all over myself and socks and couldn't clean up. There wasn't even soap available to wash your hands. So I had to sleep in someone else's urine. The floor in my room was filthy too. No one was sweeping it. All the staff for the most part were apathetic at best. I felt dehumanized. They treated everyone like they were stupid children. Line up for this or that. One nurse called me up to do my visit with the psychiatrist and the nurse running the telehealth snapped at me for coming over. The visit with the psychiatrist was 15min where I was asked a few questions and he didn't seem to care what I felt. There was no concern to individualized care. Aside from meds being ignored, it was obvious I was very distressed in there. I am autistic and I don't handle being locked up. No one cared. I was left to my own devices to cope on my own. Now I am stuck with a bill and trauma I have to work through.Initial Complaint

I just transferred from *********** Suncoast mental health to Northside mental health on ***************** and already the one on ***************** it's giving me problems they never answer the phone &they never called back I am ready to transfer it already can somebody please call me back at ************ **** thanksBusiness response

I did not recieve the first compliant. I did call the client **** and provided him with the dates and times of his appointments.

I have not visited Northside mental health for months but am being billed by Eric B for an appointment I didn't have. On 10/20/21 I was at work, I haven't had any contact with this therapist, I have no idea who he is or why he's billing my insurance.Business response
