Date of transaction 7/19/24, Mega Auto Recycling picked up my car and took it and paid me $350.00 for it but originally said they would give me $500.00. It's a 1994 Astro Van, turquoise in color. The check was returned for Non sufficient funds on 7/24/24. I believe I found them on a website named "peddle". No resolution yet. Plus they have my tag that they are supposed to return to me and have not yet.Initial Complaint

Sold my 2008 ***** Malibu Ls to Mega Auto 02/09/2023. VIN 1G1ZG57B68F2333244.Towed to Mega Auto Recycling Corp ***** **. ************. Gave them my signed title. They have failed to transfer title to them.Got a letter from DMV stating my drivers license is being suspended for not having insurance on said vehicle.Called Mega Auto to ask them to transfer title. Keep telling me they will call me but never do.I due have insurance on my new car.Initial Complaint

My daughter in law had and old car parked at my house she called Peddle.com Mega is subcontracted threw them while they were here they tore my gate out and are refusing to replace I called the police just moments after it happened we have sent pictures of the damage Peddle says there not responsible for it call Mega peddle gave us a non working phone umber so I looked it up online based on the information Peddle gave me the man at Mega said his driver no do it we sent pictures he said he no see his truck in the picture and he didn't care who I called when I told him I called the police and not to call Peddle back again Peddle sent him pictures he said they didn't they said they documented the day they sent them he said so sue him I'm just asking for my gate to be put back even though the smaller fence was damaged to it buckled under the stress of the gate being ripped out Peddle said they would send a 100.00 apology but thar doesn't pay for the gate can you please help?Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2021/10/25) */ This response was taken verbally by the BB: I do not have a tow truck and we do not know about any damage that the customer listed. We worked for Peddle and they provided the cars. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2021/10/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I called them and the man said ( My driver say he no do it ) I told him I called the police he said ( he didn't care who I called he no see his tow truck in the picture so sue him ) he even told me not to call Peddle any more he would take care of it that they didn't send him any pictures . But when I got off the phone with him I did call Peddle back and I told them what he said and how he accused them of not sending the pictures and how they were damaging other people's property and not fixing it.
