They will over charge you and hold your stuff hostage if you dont pay. They specifically said that after the agreed time period they will charge in 30 min increments BUT once they load your stuff and the truck starts moving, the owner will call you in a very disrespectfully way and will tell you that the move will take 4 hrs instead of the 2 hrs and you must pay that in advance even though it hasnt been 4 hours yet!! how do you say on 30 minutes increments and pay at the end, but once you have my stuff you want an advance payment or youll hold my stuff hostage??? I have the conversation saved to prove what I said is right. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $600+ for a one bedroom move AND get treated like trash.

Dear customer,
You only wanted to pay for 2 hours when your move took 4 hours. We gave you a very good deal but you had a very unrealistic timeframe of how long your move would take. When customers act the way you do, not wanting to listen or comprehend that they have to pay hourly for the services and refusing to understand that there is no flat rate, we have them pay before we unload. We now know from experience that if we wait until the end of the move, the customer will give us a very hard time. I'm sorry you feel that we treated you unfairly. Your move was a one bedroom, but you completely filled the 16 ft truck with all of your stuff. Plus, there was a 40 minute drive from the pick up to the drop off. Given that we finished in 4 hours, we feel that what we charged was very reasonable. We wish you all the best.
