2 College Brothers moved our daughter's belongings from the Tampa area to an apartment in ***********, **. The 2 movers were wonderful; very professional. The move was very fast, smooth, and the price was very fair! I would highly recommend 2 College Brothers for your next move.Review from Margaret M

This company was absolutely fabulous!!!! The estimate was detailed, right on and came in under the time estimated. The company sent a lot of advise on how to make the move smooth, and how to keep the cost down. They were patient and answered the million questions I had. Very Professional and Efficient while being friendly. ***** did an exact estimate and ***** and crew on moving day were fantastic. There was no damage moving a 4 bedroom house. Highly recommend this company.

I shopped around heavily for movers to move very specific large items (a piano, two large safes, two large mechanic's workbenches, a garage refrigerator, several 6 drawer dressers, etc.). I read SO many reviews, BBB pages, *********************** you name it. *** at 2CB was the most thorough of all companies I spoke to (I called/online chatted with 6 different movers), very patient with all my questions, and didn't give up following up on me when I didn't get back to him when I said I would. A few days before the move, the crew manager ******* made sure that we were ready, had no questions, and set the expectations for the day. Moving day brought ** the awesome team of ******************, and ******...and boy did they earn their keep that day! Most of our heavy load had to go upstairs, and they handled everything professionally, quickly, and without damage to our home or our belongings. They wrapped everything properly and cleaned everything up once they were finished. We were quoted for just over 3 hours, and they finished up in just under 3 hours. The crew was fabulous. Arrived early, were very careful and efficient in packing and time management and very friendly. A request was made for an estimate on a move from *****, ** to ******* **. An estimator/salesman arrived, coughing and sneezing, and said it was just his allergies. Two days later my wife and I were diagnosed with a URI (upper respiratory infection). Were in our seventies which means preparing to move a house worth of stuff and do all the packing was daunting enough. But, to have this happen with less than a month before the actual move has put us in an awful state. Weve tried to call the company but messages keep going to an answering service. And, there have been no return calls.And to add insult to injury, the lying about being sick estimator never sent us the moving quote.If this company cares so little about the health or welfare of their customers, how can they be trusted to care for the customers belongings?Be smart people, look for a different mover.Review from NancyCatherine B

In May 2022, I hired 2 College Brothers Movers, Tampa, FL, to move my belongings from the home I sold to their storage unit.
The 2 men were very efficient, friendly, & didn't even take a break! They did not use their cell phones during the entire move! They were very professional, wrapping each piece of furniture to keep from damage.
I definitely give 2 College Brothers Movers a 5 Star Review & highly recommend their services!!

2College Brothers - Tampa Pickup service was good. But they had to store our items for 2 weeks. Upon delivery we had lost and broken items. Also, the manager for the move did not clarify that the costs would be at pick and another at delivery. So, I was surprised that the total expense for our move was much higher. Their remediation was at a low unacceptable cost. I did not accept their offer because of the low reimbursement and the required signing that I could be sued for $500 if I complained to anyone. This move occurred in May and mid June, 2021. I would like for the BBB to investigate their business practices closely review any complaints about the company. *********** our records indicate that you were extended a fair and justifiable settlement from our claims department that was well in accordance with 2 College Brothers claim policy which was presented to and signed by you as part of your general agreement. While we are incredibly sorry for the incident and the fact that you are dissatisfied with the resolution, we do not believe it warrants investigation. As we had noted to you many times by email, we wanted nothing more than to make this situation right for you, but you had opted to dispute the resolution entirely. The 2College Brothers need to review their reimbursement policy since it is inadequate. I agreed to a contractual payment and did not dispute those expenses, which were inadequately explained to me.
We have numerous items damaged or marred by the workers of the moving company that I did not write about. There was no dollar figure offered to me besides the original low amount that I did not accept.
As I said in my original review, the 2College Brothers should be the "We Brake - You Fix - Low Reimbursement" movers.
