      Paid a premium for full replacement value AND air conditioned (not climate controlled- there is a difference), long term storage, since we had expensive furniture and original pieces of artwork. One art piece that was varnished with a lacquered finish arrived with the white portions turned completely yellow. First, they rejected the claim because the "carrier cannot control weather, the contract terms release us from liability for damage caused by humidity and temperature changes." The items were on a truck for 16 miles from my original house to their storage facility, and 9 miles from their storage facility to house two. And when I pointed out that I paid for A/C storage to avoid this, the Claims Specialist came back and said I, in fact, didn't pay for air conditioned storage, and she verified it with their moving coordinator. When I sent them the copy of the my signed contract, which included air conditioned storage, their tune changed to, "the report also states that the epoxy can turn yellow over time." The painting is an original, from one of our favorite artists, and it's completely ruined. We had this painting for over 5 years before they took possession of it, with absolutely no change in its color or appearance. We've moved over 14 times, so we understand certain things happen during a move. However, when you pay a premium for full replacement value AND A/C storage to avoid a particular thing from occurring, AND they acknowledge they didn't adhere to their part of the contract AND still deny the claim......

      Do not spend your money here. I would first like to say i was recommended this company from a co worker, however the experience has been horrible. My wife and I had a move from Tampa, Florida to El Mirage Arizona. We were looking for the best option to be able to move our items without any trouble. The problem is when we were quoted for a delivery date of June 1-3th, our items did arrive until June 18th. You would think that's not that bad, but they only delivered the 18th because on June 3rd when we noticed our items were not missing we called them to ask what was going on. Dana C. and Mary M. told my wife and I they had no idea where our items were and that they would look into it. From third on it was a constant game of phone tag of where are our items and how soon can they be delivered. FYI: when you shipment is delayed they must tell you in writing that your items are delayed and the reason according to there contract. Eventually they found out our items never left from Florida and they just emptied promised when it could be delivered. Finally when we submitted the delay claim form with Dana and Mary they guaranteed us an amount of 1065 because $75 dollars per day late at a max of 1065. Turns out that was a lie and it's based on the transportation charge and the only only amount we got back is 787. When i called Dana and Mary to ask them why i am only getting back 787, they told me i need to speak to Sirva and that it is pretty much not there problem. I haven't even begin to explain the amount of money my wife and lost having to buy items to survive till our items from Florida came to Arizona. In turn we lost 2550 from the move and $2000 roughly in expenses. If you are thinking about using this company please use someone else, you will lose money with them.
