After a couple more reductions I told him his price was not in my budget. Two days later he asks me what was my budget, I had already ordered that part, I told him, and I needed three other parts, he immediately came up with those, hard to get parts for a 2014 Audi. The price of two of the parts was ok, they are rare and hard to find a set in the same place. I told him I was interested in those two parts and could I go to their website and make the payment. He said the site wasn't set up for payments.... I immediately said I wasn't comfortable with the venmo he suggested. Since the ad said the business is in Highsprings, Fl I suggested I meet him at a public place of his choosing and I'll bring cash. He said "We don't accept cash or credit cards. I said I'll pass ** the deal. But he texts me on a lowered price on the third part. I'm unwavering, he sends me a number to someone else to call..., I asked him why should I call the other guy, I'm uncomfortable this deal is dead. Loose my number!
He texted me a Audi parts website, I told him I knew about it and I'm in several forums. And I'm very suspicious of nonsense.
He said he was pulling out of the deal cause he doesn't want to sell at a loss.
The cell numbers "****" gave me from Dallas, Texas was ************ and 6569. I hope this guy is not a rep of Allen's Used Auto Parts, if he is not they need to investigate this, if so I stand behind shady dealings claim!
