Ripped my wife off bad. Stephanie, is the worst at customer service. Pretty mich this store is full of a bunch of slick people who hope you never come back after they rip you off and take you to the cleaners. Sold her a used 2021 CRV Hybrid, didn’t tell her but tacked on a 6k warranty and have refused to cover anything. Now just from normal driving, oil changes done. Boom 6k in repairs at only 8k miles and an unapologetic unhelpful attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and I hope y’all get what y’all deserve.

The sales person, Kendra S, did a fantastic job, was very kind and helpful - no complaints with her at all. We bought a 2018 Honda Odyssey with 80k miles. The brake pads needed to be changed and Nathan Redford agreed but told us they wouldn’t replace them, ok, fair but disappointing. The added charges to the sale price of this van seemed high and a couple seemed questionable and almost unethical. $1198.00 predelivery charge $559.55 electronic registration filing fee $299.00 Third party private tag agency fee $1199.00 DG anti-theft fee - We weren’t explained this nor did we agree to this charge. We have auto insurance that covers theft so why would we agree to pay $1200 for this? $83.93 sales tax on ancillary products (what is this) - We were promised two complimentary oil changes during the sale and they assured us we would be able to use these that at our local Honda dealer back home in Indiana. We now know this isn’t true. Their complimentary oil changes are only at Brandon Honda, 1000 miles from us. - While driving home, we discovered a high frequency vibration at highway speeds which feels very unsafe. We didn’t get a chance to test drive the vehicle on the highway so we weren’t aware of it until after the fact. - Front suspension has clunking noise on the left side - maybe a link or strut. - The van has a musty odor smell from the A/C. - Both front windows shudder when opening them. - Occasional hesitation when pushing the accelerator. I sent several emails to Chris S and Sam R asking if they could explain the charges and how we get the complimentary oil changes done at our local dealer. Neither Chris or Sam responded to my email or bothered to call. I won’t but another Honda or purchase a vehicle from the Morgan Auto Group again. I’ve owned Toyota’s for over 25 years always with 1st class device. Regretful we tried a Honda for the first time. It’ll be our last. We wanted to make others aware so they don’t end up having a similar experience.

Had the worst experience overall! Started when i purchased my car from brandon honda.Started having car problems the next day after purchase. The car would not start, so i called the road side assistant that i git with the 5000 dollar brandon honda advantage plan that they make everyone pay for. The driver arrived and was a uninsured driver who damaged my car when towing it. They tell you you will receive two free oil changes and complementary first year maintenance. But all i received was oil change free. The car has a transmission problem that was never checked also had broken engine mounts. I wish i had enough money to buy brand new but this is my first time buying from a dealer and i never will again!! Buy with Caution make sure to have someone check everything because they do not care about the people!!!Review from James S

They are untrustworthy. Nothing but deception and lies. I bought a new 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport on Feb 28, 2024. The sales person was Carla *******. She mentioned to me that she is the daughter of a manager at Brandon Honda. The Finance guy, Sharief ******, asked me to verify my personal information on the paperwork. I told him that the email address showing was not my email address. He said, it's something made up so that I won't get spam. He said he'll change it back afterwards. The next day I emailed him asking more about the fake email address on the paperwork. It had my full name including middle initial and the last 4 digits of my phone number. He said no email was created. I proved to him that the fake email was indeed a real email account because it asks for a password when you try to sign into it. The sign-in page will give you an error message if the email is not valid. Then, the sales manager, Mike *******, tried to tell me that the fake email was actually a real email that belonged to someone else, but somehow, mysteriously, got merged into my record. I finally got a response from the GM, Sam *****, that he spoke to his staff and it was a stupid move on their part. He said the reason this happened is that they were concerned about my experience. If it happens again, there would be severe discipline, possibly even termination. I sent another email to Sam ***** showing him a chat transcript with Microsoft/Outlook support proving that the fake email was created on Feb 28, 2024, the same day I was at Brandon Honda buying a car. He never responded to that email. I resent it and still no response. I'm guessing the fake email was created so that I wouldn't be able to leave a review with Honda Corporate. I can't help thinking that maybe this fake email was created for fraud, identity theft, or maybe someone will apply for loans with this fake email and my personal information. Buyer Beware! This can't just be about ratings.Review from Heidi H

Called before the dealership opened on a used car, that was a plus. Young lady answered and stated she would get back to me on availability. 2016 or newer, under 70k in miles, 13k with a pre-approval letter w GTE. Later another person called stated the car went to auction as it didn't meet inspection but then why was it advertised? We clarified our need to be recommended to an Elantra that upon arrival first sales pitch was 20k! We shook hands and left without even a business card. Followed up next day with an offer of 14k. Then I was sent a JD power with a range of 14,500 for the car to 18k. I stated 14,500 would earn my business. Repeat process of an offer at 17k. Once again walked away, and no other offer of another car within budget. Next day, the question was asked via text, "Hey Heidi, could we earn your business at $15,000?" I stated yes, and then they tried to sale the vehicle at a higher price? I refused. I reported this to the manager as it didn't set well. He personally didn't call back but then I received a text, reassuring it was best price. I declined and I proposed suggesting another vehicle that met the requirements. I was then directed to the website? Why would I search again to be offered a car that wasn't even listed, our of range after the dealer fees etc and or if it was listed didn't meet inspection but was for sale on site? Absurdity, buyer beware of sales tactics that waste time.Review from James E

I had called to look at a used car. I made an appt. for the next day. It was confirmed 3 times. I arrived 15 minutes early and they didnt have the car. I drove 3 1/2 hours one way to look at this car. They had taken it to auction that morning, supposedly. They offered nothing for my inconvenience and expenses. I do have better things to do with my life than be wasting driving to look at a car that you decided you didnt need to keep available even though I had an appt. Also I discovered while there that there is a standard $3,9xx dollar mark up on every vehicle for their "fee". Unbelievable. I can't imagine that a dealership like this can stay in business. Definitely would not survive where I live.Review from Chris W

Wow, what a negative lousey experience it is buying a used car these days! First, the advertised sales price is no more accurate than I'm a 6'5" ***************** look alike. For example, I'm a well secured older retired ************ pilot in the market for a small car for trips to the beach. I found **********, and these are rounded figures to the nearest $100, for $11.5k selling price. So, I inquire and specify that I'd like to cash purchase the vehicle. Here comes the fraud and deception, and I understand that taxes and licence fees are excluded from the listed selling price; they add on $4,000 for a warranty, $1,200 for a dealer fee, $500 for some random gotcha fee; and it goes on and on.Review from Eddie G

Worst place to buy a car they sold my wife a car with no brakes and a bad battery and the truck is overheating and they promised if we got the truck there that won't crank they will give us a loaner until it's done we got the truck there now they charging me 2grand to fix it and won't give us a loner this the second time I had to miss a week of work because their sales reps don't care what they sell you as long as they get the sale they promised to buy the truck back and put us in something new since they sold us a lemon everything they promised was a lie and I live 2 and a half hours away because I trusted them now me my wife and daughter basically stuck 2 hours from home because they told us a bold face lieReview from Leland B

You'll sign one contract with a set price and then be asked to sign another with a higher interest rate and higher payment. The finance guy, the white balding headed man with the smedium shirt, was rude and a word i wouldnt say in polite company. Do not tell me that it's going to be one thing and then show me another. They're dishonest and stack on a ton of fees on the backend. Save your money and go elsewhere. I lost 500$ tinting a car that turns out wasn't mine. You've lost my business and the business of my family and friends. So go make "more money" on a car with tinting I paid for.Review from jonathan p

I had a disappointing experience with the Finance Manager, Cameron at this Honda dealership. Despite my intention to pay in cash, he repeatedly pushed for a loan, which ultimately caused more problems than it was worth. It felt like they were more interested in his own gain than in helping me.
