      Bought a used car which wound up having multiple issues that were overlooked by dealership..when addressed, nothing was resolved.Sent several emails to service department and response was..come on in and we will show you your perfect vehicle. The price I paid was $2000 more than the vehicle listed 2 days prior.. seriously? I need these issues resolved not swept under the rug!

      Wow what an experience! Let me tell you I bought many cars in my life but the experience that I had at Mitsubishi Brandon with **** the amazing sales person was beyond the expectations. Got an amazing deal on a brand new car and I couldn't be happier

      Principalmente el personal es muy agradable desde el inicio, te hacen sentir como en casa, han estado atentos si he tenido algn problema, el servicio a mi vehculo ha sido excelente, y mi vehculo es maravilloso, bien merecidas sus 5 estrellas!

      They should not be in business! Car advertised for $18,750. Texted with sales rep for a day, made appt to go see, drove an hour to test drive only to be told the car was actually $31,000. False advertising and total scammers!!

      Worst experience. While making a deal for a car we were then told that it was just sold to someone else for 3 times the asking price by the manager. The worst part is that person arrived after us and we had already said we wanted the car. What kind of business is this??? Stay away! They obviously don’t care about their customers!

      Called a made appointment due to it being 2 hours away. After arriving I waited for 40 minutes for someone to find the keys. Price advertised on auto trader is $7250. After waiting foe 2 hours I was informed that there was add ons bringing the total to **** $17000. There advertised price is misleading and people should be aware because this is a scam

      I purchased a used vehicle (2020 ******* Elantra) from Brandon Mitsubishi dealership through a finance company. I paid $1000 down payment to Brandon Mitsubishi by credit card. Shortly after driving off the car lot. The vehicle check engine light came on and the vehicle started driving rough. I then took the vehicle back to the dealership for diagnosis. The dealership kept the vehicle for two days. When I picked up the vehicle the service technician told me that the car just needed a new battery. Shortly after leaving the dealership the car broke down again with a check engine light. I then called the dealership numerous times and no answer or return phone call. So I took the vehicle to the ******* dealership for diagnosis.******* charged me $228 to check the vehicle out completely. The ******* service technician called to inform me that the previous dealership had erased the coding system to cover up the correct diagnosis. The car has a failed transmission and will cost $9000 to replace. The finance company stated that they will reverse the loan if Mitsubishi approves it. I can't get a response or return phone call from anyone at the dealership. I feel that I have been scammed out of $20,000 and mislead on the diagnosis of the vehicle at Brandon Mitsubishi.

      They ran my credit without my permission. They advertise vehicles at prices that are false. They try to take advantage of people.
