      Do not trust **** Acura with **** **** services!! Just got home from getting my 22 MDX with 12k miles serviced. Services that they said were performed, were not. The free oil changes and tire rotations that **** Acura provides is BS. My tire rotation was not performed when it said it was. How do I know? That same rim that I curb-rashed is still where it was. Do I trust them on their other services performed? Absolutely not. The oil is fresh, but is it the synthetic oil they claim? Was my oil filter actually changed? I did not trust them on that and immediately lifted my car and changed the filter. I usually service my own cars because I dont trust dealerships, but I took advantage of **** Acuras services that are provided for free, or well, with that $3k BS package they add on to new cars. They were actually starting to gain my trust after the first service was excellent. Because we plan on keeping this car for a while, I was going to faithfully perform the big services here. This has changed my view and I will not trust them with major services. You pay $60k for a car and expect the service after to be excellent but its just lies to make money. Anyways, I left ******* a voicemail about this incident. Be very aware when having your car serviced here. I used to be in the automotive industry, specifically vehicle services, so I know the games and the **** they try to pull off. Better tell your tech, *************************, to stop falsifying documentation.

      Kassidy was amazing! She was so helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. This was overall the best car buying experience I've had to date. Both Kassidy & Zack worked with us to make sure we left with my dream car at a great price. Thank you for a great experience! We will be back.

      Chris was and excellent service advisor. Did exactly what I asked of him, and was done in less time than I expected or was told. The entire staff was friendly and polite. A very pleasant experience! Will be back

      We are sometimes skeptical of what type of honest service we will receive at a dealership. You have nothing to worry about with Maus Acura...especially if your service advisor is Robert. He is incredibly helpful in every way possible and you can rest assured your vehicle is in good hands.

      I went in for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. In addition, they replaced the puddle lights on my 2021 TLX Advanced a second time, as it appears to be a common issue with this vehicle. My service representative was great as always. The waiting area was full with little social distancing.The service is very good as always. I just wish they would refresh and update the waiting area.

      Have owned 4 Acuras over the yrs, all serviced by Ferman Acura on Florida Ave. I loved Furman, love my Acura's. But... Since Maus took over, hate going there. Hate it. Maus has NO clue what Customer Service is. Robert my service advisor is great, no complaints with him, but... Haven't been in one time Not Once since Maus took over that they haven't 'found' multiple other expensive things 'wrong'with my car. Went in yesterday for a simple oil change and a detail - and they find $3,000+ work that I 'need'. When Ferman owned it, I always knew what was going on and knew what upcoming major service I was going to need in the near future. I'm starting to think Maus are scam artists. I have NO trust now with them. Oh, and no one in the whole place was wearing a mask but Robert my advisor! I certainly was. They simply don't care about customers. Simple there for the $$$$$. And after spending $1200 plus yesterday, (declined multiple things they said I needed) went to leave and warning came on that the key fob battery was dead. Went back in and they actually rang up and charged me $7 for a fob battery. Ferman has replaced my fob batteries FREE for years!! Now Ferman knows Customer Service! Not Maus! Hoping for another Acura service facility to open soon in Tampa! If so, I'm gone from Maus on Florida!

      The technician was attentive with my car concern and had it diagnosed by the service team. The issue was resolved the same day.
