    Ok so Toyota is Toyota itsa good product so new cars I guess it doesnt matter where you go. However, do not go here for a used vehicle not only was I lied to the entire process about everything. the mats that were in the ad for the car were gone. I asked my sales rep and at first claimed that the people that traded it in must have taken them until I pointed out that they were in the ad. Then was promised mats. I got nothing. He totally ignored the fact that he said it. Whatever I bought my own mats. I take my certified used Toyota to get my first oil change and was told I need an alignment. Seriously? My radio continues to restart over and over again I was told it would be taken care of after calling the sales manger and telling him whats going on after not getting a call back for 2 weeks from my service adviser just to take it there and waste an entire Saturday for them to tell me that its fixed. I swear on everything I love as soon as I hit ******** Ave it started again. I am now being told I have to pay $1200 for a new radio. Just dont waste your money. You would think a $30,000 vehicle would warrant a radio but apparently not by Toyota of Tampa Bay standards. I will never shop here again and I suggest you dont either. I would expect this from a fly by night buy here pay here but certainly not from a reputable dealership. And even worse a Morgan Auto Groups Dealership.

    I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. Here's a structured way to write your review to ensure it covers all the necessary details clearly and effectively: --- **Review for Toyota Tampa Fletcher Avenue:** I had a horrendous experience with Toyota Tampa on Fletcher Avenue. After six weeks of back and forth, they only managed to find one finance company. I was informed that I had to put $2500 down to secure the car. Later, they told me the financing fell through. Despite this, they refused to refund my down payment. They used excuses like the accountant and the general manager being unavailable. This is typical car dealership behavior, but it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership. Their customer service is appalling, and they don’t follow through on their commitments. Its true what they say about car salesman and these people are pro’s at their craft but not in a good way ---

    I hope this finds you well. It is my understanding that a recent change of employment caused the bank to pull out their funding. We, of course, want for deals to go through and are always saddened when unfortunate situations arise. That being said, your down payment was paid via your credit card, and no one was available over the weekend to issue a refund. Even if they were, banks do not conduct business on Saturday evenings nor Sunday, which is obviously out of our control. Please be advised that the request is being processed today, Monday, June 17th, 2024, and the $2,500 refund will be returned to the credit card used for the original transaction, but you will have to contact your financial institution to find out their length of process for posting refunds back onto your card.
