      Service is a joke. They don't listen to what you tell them and have kept my car for 3 days and didn't even fix it. They are a bunch of typical smooth talking salesmen, especially **** in the service department.

      Watch out for the young kid manager manipulating the sale. The calculated sales tax and transfer tag fees. I was overcharged on those, and the supposed dealer charged fees. Also abused my down payment to charge me more. Be careful. This dealership will lie, cheat, and steal from you. Very dishonest, sloppy, and lazy all around. Sign and drive promotion at this dealership is a lie. I am a VIP lessee. I walked in, looking to lease a Taos. Walked out without one. You would think they would do whatever they could to put me in one. Nope. 10.99 APR? That's ignorant. My credit score is very high. Nobody did anything to make me a good deal. They kept giving me crappy deals until I was ready to leave and then tried to meet my needs only marginally. Should have done that first. Why it took 4 hours was just dumb. I kept asking for my keys to leave, but they kept trying to deal, and I kept saying no. Very amateure sales and management. Never again...

      "I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Volkswagen dealership. If it were possible, I would rate them zero stars. I own a 2023 Volkswagen Jetta with 5K miles. Recently, my car started making a concerning noise while driving. The noise was so loud it sounded like the wheels were going to come off. Even when other people drove my car, they experienced the same issue, which raised safety concerns. I promptly dropped off my car at service dept Friday. My car sat idle Friday & Sat. I called *******, service advisor at 2:20 PM in which he informed me that the technicians hadn't looked at my car yet. By 4 PM, ******* called stating that the noise was typical for Jetta's, and my car was ready. Upon arriving, ******* repeated his previous explanation, insisting nothing was wrong with my car & it was merely a cold start issue. We asked if a thorough inspection was done, with ******* responding that they hadn't driven it around the block because of the supposed cold start issue. This was true as the noise occurred after the car had already been running. It became evident that, as closing time approached, ******* prioritized expediency over conducting a proper inspection. Since my car is still under warranty, there was no financial incentive for him to upsell additional services or take the time to thoroughly examine my vehicle. Instead of showing understanding and offering an apology, ******* displayed extreme unprofessionalism and engaged in argumentative behavior. To my surprise, another customer approached us, sharing a similar experience with his Jetta and how he was treated by the dealership. As a brand-new car owner, I expected better service. This is the second issue my car has had, further adding to my disappointment. I hope that Volkswagen takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their customer service and overall quality assurance."

      I bought my Jetta TDI here several years ago along with an extended warranty. I have had several less than ideal interactions but nothing as awful as my most recent experience. I will never go back to this dealership and I may never buy a VW at all. Brought the car in to have it looked at for the ** and the timing belt. 4 days later they tell me it needs $10k worth of repairs, including the whole ** system replaced for $4k. Complete lies. The ** compressor needed to be replaced which we had done elsewhere for less than half of what they wanted to charge me. They also charged me $150 for an oil change that there were NEVER told to perform. They avoided me for 2 weeks after because I was trying to get a refund for the oil change, they did not have permission to change the oil, nor to charge me for it. Once I finally got someone on the phone they were so unbelievably rude, wouldn't let me say a word, and refused any kind of compromise. I reached out to them via phone, voicemail, email, social media and NOTHING. VW Cares answered me via ******* but insisted they couldn't help since the dealership is independently owned. Which apparently gives them an excuse to be rude and lie to their customers. Don't ever, EVER go here, it is the worst dealership I've ever worked with, I won't step foot into Brandon VW ever again, the whole place needs to be closed down.
