    Leased a 2024 Honda Pilot from Westshore Honda on May 13, 2024. As part of the deal, the dealership took my Lexus RX350 as a trade in with the obligation to pay off the vehicle. As of today, July 10th, the Lexus still has a payoff balance owed. Westshore Honda has the vehicle, keys, etc.....provided a title reassignment showing they were taking the vehicle yet have not paid for the vehicle. A complaint has been filed with the *** and they responded saying Westshore Honda has sold the vehicle the same week it was traded in.Along with that, I purchased a tint package on the Honda Pilot for $1250......they only tinted two windows on my Honda Pilot and never provided me any documentation of what the "tint package" included. I've requested this info multiple times in person and in writing, they simply will not provide the info. $1250 is absurd for two windows to be tinted.I have written communication with their finance director, sales manager, customer relations director, finance associate, etc....expressing i need to have the Lexus paid off. They simply have not done so. My credit has been impacted because it's showing I have two leases I'm responsible for. In 3 days I'll have to make another payment on the Lexus along with my payments on the Honda.

    Subject: Complaint Against Westshore Honda for Deceptive Practices Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to file a complaint against Westshore Honda, located in Tampa, FL. My name is Mariuska C******* and I am a loyal Honda customer. I own a 2022 Honda that I purchased through a dealership in Palm Harbor. I have always leased my cars and only visited Westshore Honda for an oil change and maintenance. During my visit, the salesman Andrew B*****, aware that I do not speak English, sold me unnecessary services. I realized this only when it was time to pay. He explained everything in English and made me sign a paper knowing that I did not understand what he was saying. Westshore Honda is engaging in deceptive practices by coercing their salespeople to sell unnecessary products. This is fraud, and I want to report it. It is not fair that consumers are taken advantage of in this way. I want to alert other consumers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
