I ordered this product because it was offered for a free trial, just pay shipping which I did. Suddenly two transactions were withdrawn from my account that I did not authorize. One amount was for $98.97 and the other amount was for $99.95. I disputed this with my bank but to no avail. Had I not have called them regarding these charges they would have continued to withdraw them from my account. I saw nothing on the original ad that said you had to cancel your free sample within 17 days. This company is a scam. Buyer beware!Initial Complaint

I ordered two products from TV advertising. I don't know the station. I paid for postage - the product was "free". Two products came from Tampa FL. - a Fulfillment Center - via USPS without any sort of receipt in the box. There was no information in the box about the product or the trial period. The box had no mention of Flawless Care Plus which is on the label on the products. I have searched my email for anything that might have gone to spam at that time and I didn't receive email from them. I have charges for $99.95 and one for 98.97 in May. Today, in June, my credit card shows two more $99.95 charges. All four charges are from different businesses and phone numbers but the same people answer all 4 numbers. They are letting me cancel the subscription now but I am stuck with an almost $400 charge.Initial Complaint

I, too, signed up for the $4.95 trial offer. Was not interested in the product, and called to cancel. Was very hard to contact company in the beginning. I continue to receive this product, and am being billed $99.95 each month. Called today, 6/24, and was told I cannot return unwanted, unused product after 30 days. Offered me $50.00 to just keep this month's installment, when my refund, (with their $19.00 restocking fee!), would be $70! I opted to mail back, and they agreed to cancel my subscription, which I didn't have. The representative became much less cordial when she realized the nature of my call. I was given no confirmation of cancellation, and did not receive the followup email I requested.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/06/27) */ Flawless Beauty agreed to refund my money after learning of this complaint. They did, however, not pay for postage nor waive the restocking fees. This resolution is adequate.Initial Complaint

It burns my face , causes irritations to skin.
