On March 23, 2022. I ordered a 14 day trial sample of flawless anti-aging moisturizer and flawless under-eye repair serum. I read and that I would only be charged for the shipping if I did not like the products as long as I called and cancelled within a 14 day time period. I called on April 1, 2022 and requested a cancellation. Because one or both of the products has broke out my face!! I followed the instructions and applied it to clean skin in the evening before I went to bed. I only applied those two products to my face. The next morning I'm covered in a rash and zits! And their customer service is telling me that I have to return the trial bottles with their cancellation numbers myself and pay for the return shipping! I did not see anywhere saying that I was reliable for return shipping. In fact it stated that trial size didn't have to be returned as long as it was within the timely 14 day period. WHICH IT WAS!! They can have their products back! I will never put them on my face ever again. But it specifically stated in their terms and conditions that once cancelled I would not be sent anymore products or charged. I even have the screen shots of the terms and conditions!
