I purchased this product after a Facebook add with MICHAEL STRAHAN from good morning america and Jay Monihan promoting and describing this product fundrop CBD extracted from the hemp plant that can cure joint pain and ailments . i was initially informed that the product was a high discount at around 39.99 $ and as i proceded to pay it jump up the value to 199.99 and it was to late purchased was done Nov 27 around 8:30 am ... i did get the product 12 /06 /2021 and realized i did not want this . i managed to save a sreen shot made by my phone . and called this number 914 580 9398 a female with a bad English accent . gave me this address to return product for a refund , with a RMA (retun merchandize authorize ) using my last name and zip code and email ( non existing or web [email protected] , and return address is the same it came to my house. P.O. Box 5847 Tampa FL 33675"

      I ordered by phone a product called "Nature's Only" (CBD Gummies) on May 15, 2022 for a total of 1 shipment costing $199.99. I tried one gummy, but did not like the way it made me feel. They sent five bottles for this price, but also sent a package of CBD Oil which I did not want or order. I called and asked for a refund of $60.00. They refunded the $60. At that time I also asked that they not send anymore shipments of the Gummies, since I did not like them.However, they continued to send a new shipment of Gummies each month, 13th of each month from June through August, debiting $199.98 from my bank account each time. So I received three shipments after I had cancelled the subscription.In July I called and spoke to a representative and told her of my problem and asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep put me on hold while SHE spoke to the supervisor and told me the most they could do was to give me $100 credit for each of the last two shipments, but again said they didn't want them back. So I received a total of $200 reimbursement for $799.92 worth of merchandise which I did not use and offered to return.I spoke to another rep at this company today, Oct. 17, 2022, who did transfer me to a manager. When I did get to speak to her after a lengthy period on hold, she listened to the whole story and said she was sorry but there was nothing more that she could do for **** was confused by the first two debits on my bank statements (May and June), since the name of the company debiting was "Fun Drops", and the name of the company I ordered from was "Nature's Only", the name printed on the bottle as well.I feel I am owed a $599.92 bancredit for the three shipments received that I did NOT order & had NOT been reimbursed for. I had been reimbursed only $200 by the company for these three shipmentsand had asked for a subscription cancellation prior to their shipments. But I was charged $199.98 for each, total of $599.92.

      I am rejecting this response because I was charged a total of $799.62 (for four orders, only the first of which I requested).

      While they did refund $200 in August to my bank account from which it had been debited, I was owed a balance of $599.62.

      That still leaves a balance of $599.62 still owed me. I am willing to pay for the first order, which I did place, even though they refused my offer to return it.

      I would be willing to accept another $400 refund to my account to make this fair.

      This is the first time in my 78 years that I have encountered a company so unethical, and I deeply appreciate the Better Business Bureau's prompt and 

      helpful response.

      I ordered the fun drops cod gummies. I did not know that I would then receive them every month. I have not found a way to cancel! I am 80 and on a fixed income. I was recently widowed and dont need a monthly credit card charge of $199.98! Any idea you can give me of how to cancel would be appreciated.

      May 11, 2022 saw an ad for the product. Thought I would try it and I did order. What I thought was 1 bottle of the product, turned out to be a total of 7 bottles. (This is what I was told that was in the package as I never opened them when I did receive them in the mail.) Once I saw the amount that had been debited to my account, because I thought it was 1 bottle that I was ordering, I called and tried to cancel the order. I was told to just wait and once I received them, then return them and I'd get a refund. This I did. Was told to look for my refund in 4-6 weeks. They were sent July 18, 2022 and they received them July 20,2022. As of today, September 15, 2022, I hadn't received anything. Once I called the return was processed, minus $10.00 per bottle. It's a handling charge. All they had to so was remove the shipping label that was on my box and resend it out to some other unsuspecting person. Also, there was no way there was 7 bottles in that box. It might have held 4 bottles. They are deceptive in there selling practices and their ads are very untruthful. I suppose I should be grateful that I'm getting any sort of a refund. Now to watch my account and make sure the refund actually does come.

      I did not sign up for continuing monthly shipments I only asked for one shipment to try them, They do not work for me and in fact if I take them at night I can't sleep and during the day my sinuses are all swollen up. I can't take them so I want so IU want the shipments stopped. They have sent two more shipments I did not order and I have re-read the site I got them from and see no place that says this will be a continuing shipment. I want them stopped now

      I originally did want this product. However, I was unaware of the auto shipments. Now, I can't even get in touch with the company because it seems like they no longer exist. Meanwhile I got a shipment in July totaling $71.99 and now in August for $181.99. I no longer want these products and there is no phone number to call to cancel shipments. I want auto shipments to stop and I want my money back. I can send back the products, I just want the money back, $253.98

      I have tried to cancel my subscription for Fun Drops Gummies and cannot get a response. While I think that their advertising is deceptive, my complaint is that there isn't any simple way to cancel. Phone calls go unanswered. You would think that a legitimate company would better handle complaints or requests

      I thought this was a trial order but have received another shipment which I did not request. At no time was I advised that I was "subscribing" to an automatic shipment of this product and do not want to receive any more products. I paid for the "trial order" but have an other shipment and have been charged on my credit card for the shipment in the amount of $199.98. I cannot find how to return the unwanted products and I would like a credit on the amount charged. If there are further actions I need to take, I would appreciate any information to resolve this matter.
