According to information in BBB files, the business is using fake celebrity endorsements in its advertising, specifically Bruce Springsteen, Willie Nelson, Joanna Gaines, Dr. Oz, Don Lemon, and Shark Tank. BBB's Code of Advertising indicates that advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is misleading if they are not genuine and do not represent the current opinion of the endorser (Section 30, Testimonials and Endorsements).
In March 2021, BBB contacted the business regarding its advertising of free trial periods of its products. Consumers that sign up for the free trial period are enrolled in a monthly subscription for additional products. BBB requested the business substantiate that the claims meet the standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 18, Negative Option Plans, Continuity Plans and Automatic Shipments). The Code maintains that "Any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature." Material terms that should be clear and conspicuous include the existence of the negative option feature, the cost of the additional goods or services, how consumers can cancel and avoid future shipments and charges, and how consumers can return items that they do not want. The Code continues that "advertisers must avoid making disclosures that are vague, unnecessarily long or which contain contradictory language."
Additionally, BBB asked the company to substantiate claims made on its website about the efficacy or results of using the company's products. BBB requested the business substantiate the claims per standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 34, Claimed Results). Claims as to efficacy or results which will be obtained by or realized from a particular product should be based on recent and competent scientific or other objective data. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate such claims.
As of this date, the business has not responded to BBB's request for substantiation about its advertising.

I have been using the Healix CBD Gummies for quite awhile and was very pleased with them and how much they helped my arthritis pain and my sleep. But in February (2023) I received a bottle that all the 30 gummies were all stuck together and I was unable to pull them apart. I emailed the company of the bad bottle and received no reply. Then 2 weeks ago I received a notice from my credit card company and learned that my ?? credit card information was stolen, so now Im going through fraud. Since the *** Gummies had been charged to my credit card monthly I called the phone number ***************) on the Healix label and was transferred to someplace foreign with a representative who spoke very poor English and there was sooo much racket in the background ( multiple voices yelling in foreign languages) it was difficult. He wanted my email but I told him Id emailed them about the bad bottle but never received a response back so they should have it. I asked if their company had been hacked and my credit card information stolen from them and he wouldnt say. I asked if a new bottle had been sent to me because I was going to give them my new credit card number, but since there was indifference as to the quality change in the product and unprofessional customer service experience, I decided maybe it was wise to just sever my relationship with the company since apathy was shown towards me. Just wanted to warn others of my negative experience with them. Its too bad because the gummies had really seemed to help, but will try to find another American business to buy from next time.

No stars, this is a scam 100%. They have stolen $329.64 from a senior citizen that lives on a fixed income. The names change each month. Tamp products, CJM Brand, Healix CBD. Refuse to refund the whole amount, refuse to give any information about the business address, or any other phone numbers, or manager personals. I am currently looking into the right authorities to handle this problem. So to those who are curious about this I advise not to do it because they will take advantage of you, and scam your bank account.
