      I have been using the Healix CBD Gummies for quite awhile and was very pleased with them and how much they helped my arthritis pain and my sleep. But in February (2023) I received a bottle that all the 30 gummies were all stuck together and I was unable to pull them apart. I emailed the company of the bad bottle and received no reply. Then 2 weeks ago I received a notice from my credit card company and learned that my ?? credit card information was stolen, so now Im going through fraud. Since the *** Gummies had been charged to my credit card monthly I called the phone number ***************) on the Healix label and was transferred to someplace foreign with a representative who spoke very poor English and there was sooo much racket in the background ( multiple voices yelling in foreign languages) it was difficult. He wanted my email but I told him Id emailed them about the bad bottle but never received a response back so they should have it. I asked if their company had been hacked and my credit card information stolen from them and he wouldnt say. I asked if a new bottle had been sent to me because I was going to give them my new credit card number, but since there was indifference as to the quality change in the product and unprofessional customer service experience, I decided maybe it was wise to just sever my relationship with the company since apathy was shown towards me. Just wanted to warn others of my negative experience with them. Its too bad because the gummies had really seemed to help, but will try to find another American business to buy from next time.

      I ordered a free trial of Healix CBD gummies. I was to be charged only S&H costs. I received an order confirmation on 1/29/22 and a shipping confirmation on 1/31/22. $7.91 was charged to my credit card by "****************" on 1/29/22. I did not see any indication I'd be charged $109.88 for the product or be set up for a monthly subscription. I received another bottle of the gummies sometime later. I did not order this nor did I receive an order or shipping confirmation. I called the number on the original order (844-410-1724) but went into VM. Left message that I received a 2nd bottle of gummies that I didn't order and wanted to return. I never received a call back but did not worry because there was no additional charge on my credit card from **************** so I assumed the bottle was sent in error. On 4/21/22, I received another bottle. I tried calling the company, went into VM so I sent an email (**************.com) stating I've now received 2 more bottles I did not order. Both are still sealed and I wish to return them. I still had no indication I was being charged for these as there was still no charge from the merchant. While reviewing my bank statement a few days later, I saw a charge on 4/16 from **************** for $109.88. I had a similar charge previously and I thought was for a gift purchased a month or so ago...but I shouldn't have been charged twice. A transaction search for the merchant showed I was charged 3 times for the same amount. I called the number for that merchant and was advised the 3 charges were for the Healix gummies. After telling the agent I only ordered a free trial, I was advised their terms are that I had to call and cancel once receiving the original order or else I was subscribed and agreed to the full charge (even though similar product sell for $30-$40!). I never saw or agreed to the terms. I checked the web site, emailed the company and have no resolution. There's more details but no room to provide here.

If, as you say in your response, "most of (your) customers do not read over the terms in some cases before agreeing to them," there clearly is an issue with your placement of your terms. I never would have agreed to such terms. When I asked, via email, to review your terms, I was sent a response from your Customer Care indicating, "Hello, You may review our policies at ******************************* When I tried that website, I received a message that the site cannot be reached. I then asked, again via email, if I could be given the link to the website where my order would have been placed so that I can see where I was advised that I needed to review the Terms & Conditions before making a purchase or be given documentation to confirm that I actually checked the box agreeing to your Terms. I was advised that there is no paper contract or documentation and that "the offer you ordered has been discontinued and the website has been taken down." If this is not a scam, it is at a minimum a suspicious business. You charged my initial order - the shipping & handling fee - under one business name ********************** and the subsequent bottles you shipped me under a different business name *********************** You allegedly have Terms & Conditions posted that clearly "most" of your customers miss and, when the customer unknowingly fails to cancel a subscription they did not even know they signed up for, you send them more product they were not expecting and charge an outrageously exorbitant amount of money for that (the average price for a 30 count bottle of 300 mg CBD gummies is $30, not $109.88!). Even though you send an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Confirmation with the initial order, you do not notify the customer in any way they are being charged the $109.88 for that initial bottle, nor do you welcome them to your subscription. Further, when you send the subsequent bottles, you do not send Order or Shipping Confirmations - suggesting you do not want to alert the customer. After receiving the 2nd bottle, I immediately called the number on the original order (as that was the only confirmation I received) and went into voicemail. I left a message with my phone number and indicated that I mistakenly received a second bottle that I did not order and want to return it. I never received a call back. Because you billed the $109.88 under a different company name, I did not know I was being charged for these gummies. I did not see the original company name on my bank statement when I checked for it. The web site I was told contained your terms and conditions is not a valid site. And I was told that the website where I allegedly placed the order was taken down. Lastly, I returned the last bottle of gummies that I received as I was told that you would only accept the one bottle. Per the delivery confirmation I received from the US Postal Service, it was delivered on May 2, 2022. On Maty 7, I inquired when I might expect the refund and I was told that the warehouse had not given feedback that they received the return. All of the above brings to question the legitimacy of your business. You charged my credit card $329.64. In order to remedy this, I am respectfully asking that you refund the full $329.64 back to my credit card.       I purchased CBD oil and CBD gummies on January 22, 2022. Healix claims it is clearly marked on their website that the purchase is a trial offer and that you will be charged further if you do not cancel within 14 days. I checked the website and it is not clearly marked, it's buried within pages of terms and conditions. As shown by the email confirmations I attached nothing in my email reiterated the fact that my purchase was a trial offer and needed to be cancelled and they have since charged my credit card an additional $200+ for items that 1)didn't like and still have and 2) didn't know I had an option to send them back or 3)I would be charged for if I didn't within 30 days. They will not accept the items back even though I still have full amounts of them because it has been more than 30 days. But also in their lengthy terms and conditions they say they may choose to issue additional refunds at their discretion. This company is a huge scam! Expecting people to read pages of terms and conditions and not reiterate in any way shape or form on any of my email confirmations I f this trial offer or return policy. The whole thing is a giant rip off and I would like them to refund my money and I will gladly return their terrible products as well. I attached pictures showing a full bottle of both the gummies and the oil. The gummies still have about 25+ of 30.

Admittedly I do not typically read those when I'm shopping unless something is clearly spelled out for me somewhere else that I should. In your case it's not...nothing on your site indicates trial offer and you must call and cancel except for those terms and conditions. You take advantage of the fact people don't read those and then keep them on the hook for hundreds of dollars because of lack of making it known elsewhere. Personally on this particular shopping experience I somehow woke up out of my sleep at midnight and made this purchase...you can check your receipts on that one. I was not in my right mind and due to your lack of CLEAR documentation you took advantage that I didn't thoroughly read those terms and conditions. And I'm not the only one because I've looked up your company and found several other people who have had the same issue. You all should be held accountable for your terrible business practices of taking advantage of people. As I said I'm not worried about future charges, I want the $228 for the initial charges refunded. I'll even send you back your crap products that I still have and haven't used.       I responded to an offer for CBD gummies and oil for one month's supply for free trail period for shipping charge only one time charge. I did not sign up for future shipments or billing. So when I get my credit card bill I am charged $7.91 and $7.83 respectfully on 24 Jan 2022, $109.88 and $105.88 respectfully on 10 Feb 2022 (which I'm told 25 April 2022 the Jan charges are shipping costs and the Feb charges are the actual product charges since I didn't cancel within a specified time frame) and another box of product comes and I'm billed $109.88 and $105.88 respectfully on 12 Mar 2022. I called for a refund and to make sure that my subscription was cancelled and that I would not receive any more of the product on 21 Mar 2022. I was told that there was a trail period of 14 days and that after that I would be charged the regular price instead of the shipping charge. I was not aware of this in the promotional offer. I feel this was a very deceptive promotion offer that I did not agree to. I would like a refund of $431.52 and I will gladly send the product back under an existing RMA. When I called my credit card company and opened a dispute, buyhealix responded I violated the "Terms and Conditions". If you read there "Terms and conditions" it says under the credit card descriptor that it should say "buyhealix.com" on my statement yet my statement says : getchasibrands.com as well as MVA nutrition. I don't think its fair I'm told I didn't adhere to the terms and conditions when the vendor did not as well. Thank you

      I received an email confirming an order for cod oil and gummies, on the 12 of April. I immediately replied to the email telling them it was a fraudulent order and to cancel the order. However, on the 16th today I received the order. I called customer service and spoke with a man who argued with me and accused me of placing the order and receiving it. I told him that I did not place this order. He continued to argue at which point I asked to speak with management. He stated that there wasn't any management and I had to deal with him only. I hung up the phone.

      I thought I was ordering a trial pack only. I was not aware this was a monthly subscription for refills. I sent an email over a month ago requesting to cancel the subscription and discontinue. I do not want this product. The membership was not cancelled. More product was shipped and I was charged again. Their website doesn't work (www.buyhealix.com). I need a way to make this stop now and I want a refund for the product I did not order. I am willing to return the product but have no idea where to send it. Please help.

      I submitted a complaint statement last weekend Saturday Feb 12, 2022 and this company charged me another $12.46 yesterday February 14, 2022! I am still waiting for a response and while I wait they continue to charge me! Unacceptable!

The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases, our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products. Your trial started when you placed the order last 01/16/2022 and ended on 02/02/2022 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products. We have cancelled your account today, 02/18/2022 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $228.25 today without the need to return any of our products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you won't receive any further charges. Thank you for your patience. If you need anything else, let me know if I can help.

      Below, is the scenario and also, the email that I sent to their company at ****@buyhealix.com and no response received as of yet. Regarding order confirmation # XXXXXXX. I signed up and paid for shipping for a trial of your Healix CBD Oil and Gummies for a total charge of $15.74 on 1/15/22. As advertised, all that was required for the receipt of items was to pay for the shipping costs. These items were scheduled to arrive on 1/19/22 and has not arrived yet. I have received no notification regarding any updates. On 2/1/2022, my credit card statement showed a charge of $105.88 from your company which I did NOT authorize. I am requesting that the charge of $105.88 be removed and refunded to my account immediately. I am also requesting a refund of the $15.74 at this time as I no longer am interested in trying your products due to the aforementioned. I expect that my requests be honored immediately due to false advertisement and a lack of integrity within your system and organization. Upon completion of this note, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to notify them of the same. I expect a timely response and just resolution to this matter. Sincerely Disappointed, I just want all of my money back and for this account to be closed out immediately.
