Business has called me several times claiming that I am going to be served paperwork to sign or be arrested. They have also, contacted my wife, and most recently contacted my father-in-law, who is in the hospital for heart surgery, at the moment. They left him a message saying there are complaints against me which are being sent to my county's court, claiming they are judicial services company.

My wife was contacted by someone named Ashley stating that she was an officer of the court calling about a Ford Fusion owned 11 years ago that was sold at an auction and that the balance to the auto loan was $5864 and that she had to pay the balance today or they would freeze all assets and issue a warrant for arrest. They had a counter offer amount of $2000 but that if it wasn't paid by May 23rd, she'd be arrested and jailed. They emailed a form to her which she signed under duress, but which did not have a business address, telephone number or FAX number listed.

I'd like to report this business as a scam. I received a call from someone attempting to serve me with a court order for a vehicle that I had over 10 years ago that was repossessed. They claim to be a litigation company but does not have a website or any identifying information other than a bogus email they sent me trying to settle a debit. I asked for an address and they gave me ** ******** *** ****, *** **** but this address does not recognize this business. The do not even answer the phone by a business name. The number I have for them is ************ and I spoke to someone by the name of "Ashley".

This company left voice messages for my brother and myself saying they are collecting a debt. They listed my full name, last 4 digits of my SSN, and Date of Birth. The phone number ************ on the caller ID is 'disconnected' when I tried to return call. They provided a case number and say that if I do not return the call, I will forfeit my legal right for mediation. They provide a mediation number as ************ and case number of *******. They said this is the last phone notification before I am served at my residence or at my job site. I called the 'mediation' phone number and was told my 2002 auto was sold at auction and I owe 'Citi' $7,000 for my 2002 PT Cruiser. That car was sold for parts in 2018 and had been paid in full prior to that day (like years prior).
