BBB has received a pattern of complaints and negative customer reviews from customers concerning issues with computer software products. Customers have stated that product keys needed to activate the software either are not provided or do not work.
In November 2021, BBB contacted the business regarding the pattern of complaints, but have not received a response at this time.

We sell a variety of different products. This includes computer software, and computer hardware.
Refund and Exchange Policy
  • PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
    Our policy for physical products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

    Non-Returnable items:
    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products

    DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE

    Once a downloadable software product is delivered to your email address, it is not returnable. This includes products purchased by mistake, products that aren't compatible, or simply change of mind. We understand that installing downloadable software can sometimes have difficulties. In the event where you are unable to get your software installed or activated, we have technicians on staff that will assist you in getting your software installed and activated. Your order will be eligible for a refund only in the rare circumstances. In the circumstances where a refund can be processed, there will be a 20% restocking fee that applies to the total of the order.

    Please be aware that once a product key is sent to your email, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged - even if you haven't downloaded it yet, or made a mistake and ordered a Windows version for a Mac and visa versa. Once you add a product key to your Microsoft account, it is yours forever, and there is no way to get it unassigned from your account, therefore it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
    DISCLAIMER

    Per SECTION 16 of our TERMS & CONDITIONS, "In no case shall PCDESTINATION LLC , our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility."

    Thus, refunds will not be issued due to loss of data, compatibility issues, or any kind of other problems that might have occurred.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Book with obvious signs of use
    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the circumstances where a refund can be processed, there will be a 20% restocking fee that applies to the total of the order.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
