I disputed this issue more than 2 years ago. I just got a phone call from a second collection company today after I filed a dispute with the first collection company in March 2021 and disputed the alleged debt with RRS LIMITED-RAGING LION INC and my bank. For how long do I have to continue doing this?Review from Ryan C

Would not even give a star but it made me, This is the biggest scam, this product is junk and they are getting rich by ripping off people, any company that helps promote their products should be boycotted too. These types of companies need to be shut down,Review from Jackie W

this company "Raging Lion" is an absolute Scam, their product is worthless, and they kept charging my account after I cancelled the account. and now they send my account to a collection agency, which I don't intend to pay, since they had a trial period and I cancelled the account before the end of the trial period.Raging Lion Response

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.
With this situation the customer was charged the initial shipping charge and was sent the bottle and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no return was ever made. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.
In our defense this shows as the first interaction on the account. There was never a call or email received in regards to a cancellation. No returns were received. The only call on the account was recently in regards to the collection notice.
As a professional courtesy we have taken the decision to remove the customer from the collections database. This customer does not and will not owe anything and have no debt with us whatsoever moving forward. No negative impact was made to the customers credit. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.
We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.
We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.Customer Response

FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO THANK BBB FOR THE SPEEDY REACTING TO MY PROBLEM. IN REGARDS TO THE ANSWER THAT YOU RECEIVED FROM "RAGING LION", IT'S INCORRECT BECAUSE I CALLED AFTER A FEW DAYS AND CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT, AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT NO FURTHER CHARGES ARE GONNA BE MADE TO MY ACCOUNT. APPARENTLY IT WAS NOT DONE, I ALSO HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT IS NOT NECESSARY TO RETURN THE UNUSED PORTION, SO I NEVER RETURNED IT. HOWEVER, I STILL HAVE THE BOTTLE WITH MOST OF THE PILLS INSIDE, IF IT'S NECESSARY I DON'T MIND RETURNING IT NOW, I ALSO WANNA THANK "RAGING LION" FOR RESOLVING THE PROBLEM.
RESPECTFULLY, *************Raging Lion Response

We would like to comment that with each interaction that is made to the call center, each call is documented, recorded and notes are provided. The only notation on the account were in regards to the collection notice.
05/17/2022 03:25PM - cci fr the collections . Ver done exp charges tc informed charges remained unpaid acc was never cancelled informed to speak to collections
Even on that call there is no mention of "customer claims that they canceled previously"
We would like to comment again that the customer was removed from the collections database, no negative impact was made to their credit which they can confirm and also that they may keep the bottle as a courtesy.
Thank youReview from Davin P

I left one message on here already and I am still getting called from a collection department. Like I stated before I done a trial and cancelled and when I cancelled they charged my credit card. They tried to charge it several more times for a $119.00 and my credit card flagged it and called me. Most of the calls have been rude and I have got rude back. I don't owe them any money and I am not giving them any money. This is a scam they are ripping people off when times are hard and they need be shut down or fined. I see that I am not the only one who has been through this and the company has and f rating please help with this business taking advantage and miss leading people and threatening to put stuff on their credit.Raging Lion Response

Again I have had the same collection agency call wanting money and advising they are gonna report to my credit. This is a scam this company and it's products should be flagged and not be sold in any form or fashion. BBB should retain a open investigation in this company and it's collection program. I received a response from company stating it would take my name out of their data base and not contact me anymore. I will seek counsel if I have anything on my credit from this company.Raging Lion Response

We would like to comment that a senior agent reached out to the customer to apologize for this inconvenience and that the customer has zero debt with us and no negative impact was or will be made to their credit.
We are looking into how the customer received another call after they were removed at the time of the original complaint.Review from Craig J

They get you to try but it doesn't work in the mean time they have sent additional products even when you start by saying you don't want any additional products until I have tried. There guarantee of satisfaction does not exist. I took time as they threaten collection to call and agreed to solve the issue to pay half, and did. They then still turned over to a collection agency. Anyone who does business with these guys should be very wary they don't honor satisfaction guarantees, they send additional products, they spend all there time working with collection agencies and threatens you for payment. Anyone seeing this on a credit report would probably laugh at it. Be very wary of this company. I leave only one start because the require a rating, it should be 0 starsRaging Lion Response

The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15/14 day trial period begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel.
With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed their 129.94 charge which was for the bottle that was received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.
In our defense our records indicate that the customer was refunded per the terms and conditions however after receiving the refund they ended up disputing the charge.

SCAM ALERT - Something is not right, and for a company to be so secretive is frightening. I saw a product on Facebook called Raigón Lion. I agreed to the terms, then a product was sent to me for $6.95. I received the product and canceled my order because I decided the product would not work for me. After talking to a male representative, he canceled my order telling me everything was ok. Then I get a letter in the mail from Tate & Kirln Associates, Inc and on 7-25-2021 I called and explained I canceled the order. The representative from Tate & Kirlin Associates (Langhome, PA) told me he would dispute it and not to worry about it. Then on 2-9-22, my boyfriend received a call from stating they had a personal matter to discuss. I called the number, and it was Structured Settlement out of Nevada. The female representative stated their agency received my account in 10-21 and they were trying to collect a debt of $169.94. I became upset, stating it was resolved. I asked for the number of the company. I called and spoke to two people on three occasions. The first woman pulled my account from my email and phone, which was not my phone number. I asked to talk to her supervisor, and she said management was in an emergency meeting and the policy was not to provide any details. After asking for her boss on 5 occasions, I hung up and called back. I spoke to a new representative and explained everything I did to the prior person. This representative said she needed my phone and email to look up my account. I provided it and she said I did not have an account. I gave her another number. Still no account. She then asked for my mailing address and the 8 digits of my credit card. I blew up and said I would not provide that. I asked what the name of their company was. THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE that. Structured Settlement representative if she had googled the number of the business. She did an is now disputing my action with the companyRaging Lion Response

Do not buy this product, I feel this is a scam! I got called by a so-called collection agency and was told to pay my outstanding bill, the information that raging lion was not legitimate in my recollection. The deal was to try it for $6.95. Somehow now for trying I owe 119.00 twice. One of the collection people told me that this has been nothing but a headache with this raging lion. I got a raging lion number to call from the collection agency, and nothing but a busy signal. The collection agency is totally not professional leaving me to still believe it is a scam on top a scam. If I would have been aware of a any need to respond I would have.the company apparently tried to access my credit card which I end up having to cancel. I am 64 years old and never tried to not pay legitimate bills. The last thing the credit agency and I use that term loosely was pay your bills, or I'll be more than happy to screw up your credit score, Does that sound like a legitimate company?
My review is that this company is , there is not one claim that was true, my ***** never grew and and none of the claims are true. If I was to send the product back it was hidden from me, no stars.Review from Ontoin J

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Bought one bottle of supplements, paid for them and now i get threatening calls. They have been trying to extort me for a few hundred bucks ever since. They automatically sign you up for a free trial, then when you call and cancel the trial months later they say they have no record of it and demand payment. Their tactics are shady and laughable. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYReview from Sheila D.

I had never heard of "Raging Lion" until about a month ago. Some guy claiming to represent the company called wanting to know when I was going to pay $119.97 for the product (a male enhancement pill I think). I told the guy I had never heard of Raging Lion. I told the guy I never received such a product and I would not be paying for something I did not receive or order. The guy threatened to ruin my credit. Now today I received a call from another guy who threatened to ruin my credit and threatened me with legal action. I never ordered the product. I never received the product. I'm not interested in the product. This outfit is a rip off. I demand that any damage this company might do to my credit history be repaired immediately and that my information be removed from their data base.
