    Advertising Review:
According to information in BBB files, the business is using fake celebrity endorsements in its advertising, specifically Kelly Ripa, Megan Markle, Joanna Gaines. BBB's Code of Advertising indicates that advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is misleading if they are not genuine and do not represent the current opinion of the endorser (Section 30, Testimonials and Endorsements).

In March 2017, BBB contacted the business regarding its advertising of free trial periods of its products. Consumers that sign up for the free trial period are enrolled in a monthly subscription for additional products. BBB requested the business substantiate that the claims meet the standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 18, Negative Option Plans, Continuity Plans and Automatic Shipments). The Code maintains that "Any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature." Material terms that should be clear and conspicuous include the existence of the negative option feature, the cost of the additional goods or services, how consumers can cancel and avoid future shipments and charges, and how consumers can return items that they do not want. The Code continues that "advertisers must avoid making disclosures that are vague, unnecessarily long or which contain contradictory language."

Additionally, BBB asked the company to substantiate claims made on its website about the efficacy or results of using the company's products. BBB requested the business substantiate the claims per standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 34, Claimed Results). Claims as to efficacy or results which will be obtained by or realized from a particular product should be based on recent and competent scientific or other objective data. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate such claims.

As of this date, the business has not responded to BBB's request for substantiation about its advertising.

In November 2021 I ordered a sample of a skin cream. It automatically came up with an additional sample of eye cream so I ordered them both - $7.95 each. I ordered them using my credit card. I didn't really care for the product and never ordered OR RECEIVED anything additional from the company. On 12/14 my credit card was charged $97.85 and $98.74. I called to ask why they were charging me. I was told that I had signed up for a 14 day trial and since I didn't call with in the 14 days I was charged the original amount and signed up for the monthly subscription. I told them that no where on the page did it say anything about a 14 day trial and it also didn't have the original amount any where on the page. I argued with them for about an hour telling them I wanted a refund. They kept saying we can refund $20 of it. I said no. Then we can refund $ 40 of it. I said no. Then we can refund $60 of it. I said no that they will refund the full amount of both products. They finally agreed The tried to do a refund but said there was an error. Would I agree to an e check. I told them no. I wanted the refund off of my credit card bill. They tried again but there was an error. That I needed to call back in 24 to 48 hours to check on the refund. I have a reference # and I will be calling back to check on the refund.

Received a free facial and purchased a red light therapy box with a bunch of free products. That same evening I had a severe reaction to the product on my face. Washed all products from my face and put on my own product. I was very nauseous and called sales associate to let him know I would be returning items next day. Following morning as the store opened, I returned the items due to skin reaction and the same sales associate told my husband and myself that he would take care of it. We left for home the same day as the return. a couple of days after returning, I called the associate and left him a message to remind him to submit the return of products. The total cost was $2958.77.. The products were returned and unopened. I told him that we would dispute charges if he did not refund the purchase. I have been disputing these charges with the credit card company for these past few months and each time I am told the charges are valid. I have no product and the associate denies that this happened. At this point I need some advice on how to further pursue this to receive credit for products I returned,
