My sister ******** ***** has life insurance with Senior Life Inc. Policy SLXXXXXXXX. She passed away on November 22, 202,1 and they were notified of her death. Senior LIfe is trying to complete some research for medical records. They have reached out several times to Westcoast Family Practice and have yet to receive the records they have requested in order to pay out on her policy. Westcoast number is XXX-XXX-XXXX or XXX-XXX-XXXX and fax XXX-XXX-XXXX. I have called Westcoast several times and was assured by Dr. Sadler that her case was being handled. To date, Senior LIfe has not heard from Westcoast Family Practice. What is the hold up with Westcoast? It has been five months that Senior Life has been calling them, faxing them and mailing certified letters to complete this case. I hope you can help me settle this matter in a timely manner.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/05/16) */ This response was taken verbally by the BBB: At this time we can not discuss with out a signed Hippa Letter with the executor and court order. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/05/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Westcoast Family Practice still has not provided the medical records to Senior Life Ins company. The have faxed them, written to them and called them. Just release the medical records to Senior Life so that they can pay out my sister's claim. Here is my signature ************* to continue the case. The insurance company can't even get a response from them.
