This company gave 30 days trial period. (In **********, hearing aids usually have 45 days.)On April 16 late night, I went to the Internet to buy Oricle hearing aid. The webpage charged my **** $168.32 for buying 2 sets of hearing aids without giving me instruction how to proceed. I sent them email asking why. No response. I called them, no response. Around 26 or 27, I received the 2 sets of hearing aids. I opened the box and read the manual, it says it takes about 3 weeks to be fully functional. I asked them for advice because the 30 day deadline was too short. No answer. The hearing aid I received had no pulling wires. Thats false advertising. Because the aid I saw had pulling wires. I asked them send me the correct one having pulling wires. No answer. I felt I was scammed by them. I needed to take quick action to ask for returning the hearing aid because 10 days of the 30 days already passed. I asked at least 2 times telling them I was losing time for returning the items. No response. I went to the official webpage, aithought on the bottom it provides CONTACT and RETURN... But when clicked on them, I didnt get info: "File Not Available." Strange.On April 29, they email me saying To proceed with your return, please confirm the specific products from your order that are unused and unopened. Once we have this information, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructionsI was puzzled: If I dont open the box, how would I know I received the correct merchandise, as the one has no pulling wires? They did not send me RMA or detailed instruction. Days passed. I asked them again, again.11 days passed. On May 10, 5:46 PM, they sent me a letter, the same one as they sent me on April 29 asking me to provide them the information that I had already sent. No way to meet the 30 day deadline. They won the very well planned stalling tactics. All I want is they tell me how to return the items and refund me my $168.32.Business response

Purchased a set of Oricle hearing aids a few months ago; opened up the package and found that they were tooooo big for me, never even used them, and so wanted to return them to Oricle for a refund of my purchase price. NEVER was able to reach them through their ********************************** site (this was just for purchasing new aids), no response to any emails I tried to contact them with, called the phone # given and when connected, received "this line is not taking any calls." Finally sent them a written letter to their ******* address, finally am receiving emails back explaining: We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that our return policy has been updated, and we are no longer able to accept returns for opened packages or used items. Products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition, and with original packaging. How do I know about the product without opening the package????Business response

On January 24th, I made a purchase from Oricle Hearing Aids. (Screen shot of the order is attached.) It was delivered on February 2nd. Oricle Hearing has a clearly stated Refund Policy that instructs someone who wants to make a return to request an *** number; they further state that any return NOT having an *** number will be refused--this is the way *** numbers work. (Screen shot of their Return Policy is also attached.) Starting on Feb. 15, my wife and I began contacting Oricle Support, requesting the required *** number. She sent emails on 2/15 and 2/16. I followed up on 2/21 and 2/22. There's been no response at all. This morning (2/22), I sent email saying it was clear they did not intend to send the *** number required and that my next contact would be with the Better Business Bureau. Still no acknowledgement from Oricle Support. Thus this complaint. In truth I would like to have ALL my money back, given the trouble that this has been. I also hope people will notice this complaint so that others will not have the same experience with this company.Business response

Trying to help a friend, I saw and ordered these hearing aids from an add. It took a month to receive. I questioned via email on time passedno answer. Finally recd and we followed instructions to no avail. Tried contacting support, no answer, left message, no return call x 2. Sent email, about issues, warranty and return.Nothing. Multiple callsalways leave a message. I did save the order confirmation and tracking information and emails I sent...even saved the shipping bag with address it originated from. I have been taking screen shots online of what I can find but nothing more than support email address and phone number never answered. Fortunately, the money I paid and the useless hearing aids I received wont break the bank for me( I even paid $9.99 for warranty. Even their warranty has 30 day policy, unused stipulations and so many requirements that you are excluded from any legal basis for interaction) BUTit will for some people. Yes, I would like my money back or at least contact (my 30 day return is up) but I would like more to see them stopped from scamming people and getting rich from it.Business response

While I am pleased to have been refunded and have already received in my account, I think vulnerable people with limited incomes should have some sort of protection from adds such as the ones Oricle uses. Please use whatever oversight possible to help the general public.
