I never received the item I ordered. Its been well over a year. I reached out multiple times and there was an excuse every time blaming a shipping issue. Do not shop here it is a scam.Review from Christy G

Placed an order in November, received an email near the end of December blaming supply chain and Covid for the delay but that my order was on the way. Since then, website no longer works, money not refunded, cannot get a hold of anyone. The shop owner has other active stores online, advertising similar products but will not communicate. Do not purchase from these businesses, they will only take your money and disappear.Review from Laurie E

I placed an order with this company on 11/25/22 and after three months of non-delivery of the items I emailed requesting my order be canceled and a refund be given. I got a response back that all cells were final and that they were trying to get all the orders out it was basically one sob story after another. Now that its been almost 6 months, I emailed him again and the email bounced back. Total scam in my opinion!Review from Pavan J

I ordered 4 items in September, they never sent anything. It's a fraud. They were just collecting money from everyone with beautiful pictures, but I don't think they had any intentions to fulfill the orders. Just another scammer. BTW my bank refunded me my entire money.Review from Alanna F

Like everyone else, I had placed an order in early December and it never came. An email was sent to me on January 11th blaming a vendor saying that she now has the inventory in and is shipping everything herself and to please be patient. The website is now taken down and there is no way to contact. The SHOP app now has the business listed as Jubilee in my previously placed orders- no longer palm beach collective- but all the links out are broken and lead to no where.Review from Mary M

Company is not real! I ordered something at the end of November and received an email near Christmas that deliveries were backed up due to warehouse issues. The email apologized and asked to still support their small business. During this time they were still advertising on instagram and Facebook! It’s almost April and I never recurved anything! I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Or NEGATIVE stars. Charged my card, never received products, will NOT communicate with me.
