I ordered two tasers from this supposed company equaling up to $55 paid with my debit card 3 weeks later have not received my product. Today I emailed this so-called company telling them I haven't received my product yet they emailed me previously to today telling me that the shipment was ready to be sent out it's just sitting there waiting ******* I needed to confirm that the address I put on the delivery was the correct address in the midst of emailing back and forth with this person later on after asking for a refund I told them I put the right address I wouldn't have put the address down if that wasn't the correct address and she replies with after telling me that it was sitting there waiting to be sent out that she had already sent it out and that it was returned for lack of proper address I guess argued with me and then refunded my money to a canceled card the card I had canceled just this morning for somebody else trying to pull money off my card that I didn't approve of. I've been speaking to her this late afternoon after canceling the card that I purchased the product with she refunded my money to a canceled card my bank says they don't accept refunds to a card that's canceled so the money is just going to be sent right back to the woman when I emailed her about that she replied with I can't update your payment information because you could be scamming me and get double payment but my bank will not accept the payment they will send it right back to her company so I have no way of getting my money back and she's refusing to take an updated payment information to refund my money because quote on quote she already refunded my money but she refunded it to a canceled card and I can I can print statements I can get a letter and email from my bank I can get all the proof that I need including every single email that was mailed back and forth to prove that one she lied to me about mailing it out because it had been sitting there waiting for me to quote unquote confCustomer response
