BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning product and billing issues.
Specifically, consumer complaints allege that after their initial purchase, they are receiving additional charges for products they have not ordered. Consumers also allege that the product is not working as it is advertised.
In May 2021, BBB contacted the business requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints.
The business has responded to the BBB inquiry with the following:
"While we do our best to provide good products we sincerely believe in, sometimes, the expectations from our consumers to our products may not have lived up to their expectations. Most of these complainants have not reached out to us as well prior to posting a review so we were not able to rectify the situation immediately. As a small business, we firmly believe in providing the best customer service to our consumers so when an issue arises, our team does its best to cater to their concerns and ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution given to them."
