If the product was fantastic, I still would be upset with being forced into a 3 month subscription. How do you do that??!!. I want to warn everybody to stay away. I do not recommend anything from a company who deceives the customer.

Absolute worst company..Made a purchase May 3 and when I go to track my order it says the order cannot be found, however, they took my money. I'm in the process of disputing the charges with my bank.. I have sent numbers emails the company does not respond..Fraud at its best

I placed my order on 4/15. As of today, 4/30, I only JUST received an email stating that my order has been shipped. This is only after I sent a third email requesting an update on my order status. The first two had been ignored. The only reason, I believe, that theyve finally decided to ship my order is because I asked for a refund.

I placed my order March 31 and received my order April 25. I ordered the kit and the glow pads. While I was going through the reviews I noticed that the issue for the most part was the long delivery. Although it did take a few weeks to receive my product. I have started using it. It is to early to tell any difference but I do like the way it makes my face and body feels so far.

It took almost a month to receive my order. Even after contacting them. The first time I contacted them, I received a notice that my order was shipped, yet tracking said **** was waiting on the package to be dropped off. I had to email a second time to receive it.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are an absolute fraud. I placed an order over 2 months ago that I never received. I reached out repeatedly due to the lack of communication regarding order status. Only with threats will they attempt to right their wrongs. I repeatedly asked for a refund and after the last email communication, I was told that they would refund me, but they have not. It is criminal what they are getting away with. It seems they are using all of the money they make to invest in a copious number of ads and emails, but not actually put out the product that they tout. Do NOT purchase from this company. Save your time and money. I will continue to go after them until I get my refund.

This company is one of the worst I've dealt with regarding communication and receiving my products. I purchased over $80 but have yet to receive my products. It's been 20 days. They will not respond to any emails. In one of my emails, I told them I would report them to the BBB, and they did not respond. They don't care. My next step is filing a claim with my bank. Please be aware. I thought they were a trusted professional company because I saw an ad on ********* They are not.

They are telling me that they do not know when I will receive my order and that I can not receive a refund! Ordered 3/16/24 and never received any updates, so I contacted the company via live chat. When I mentioned refund, they stopped responding to questions! I do not advise buying anything from this company. Wish I checked reviews before ordering!

This company is a fraud and gets away with stealing your money even from your own bank. I purchased an order from them in January. It was the end of February going into March and I realized that I never received my order or an update. I emailed them numerous times and eventually, I asked them to refund me and cancel the order. Once my bank did a temporary reverse of payment, suddenly they decided to ship my order. I emailed them and told them I did not want their product. They still shipped and sent the order without even apologizing for it to be late. Today I received a letter from my bank they showed proof of delivery so my bank was returning the $70 to them. I reported them on Tiktok to say they are a fraudulent company. Do not buy from them. They have horrible customer service and horrible work ethics.

I wish I could give negative stars. I dont know why I bought multiple soap bars but I shouldnt. First time and last offering from this company. Ive order a few soap bars and a pair of pink gloves as states on the website. It took almost 2 months to get just simply a few box of soap and a pair of gloves. After 2 months of waiting for the delivery ( I did complain on instagram and somehow after that they shipped my box) i received my products the $9 gloves that Ive ordered they sent me in blue not pink and it looked like gloves that you wouldnt even fine at the dollar store! The product was ridiculous for $9, Also the soap did absolutely NOTHING. The box looked like something printed out of a 2000 computer/ printed. Ive used the product like recommended for a month and Ive seen absolutely NO difference. Please dont waste your money, and this company better do something or close down and stop scamming people for a few bucks here and there till they get sued. The worst part is that I gave my honest review on Instagram and EVERY time I attempt to write one Instagram erased my review saying is false statement. Im sick of Instagram for that. Cant even try to avoid other people to go through what I had been through. When I realized that the product was not working it was too late to attempt a return and the gloves situation I just though would do the same as the pink but honestly I just tossed it after the first use
