I am a recent client, (6/26), of Premier Center for Cosmetic Surgery and am seeking a refund for my visit with ************ on the aforementioned date which would amount to $127.40, as well as coverage for a fix elsewhere which would amount to $260. I believe that ************ either did not comply with the standards set by the organizations handbook or the standards set by the organizations handbook are insufficient. This was my first appointment at Premier Center for Cosmetic Surgery and I am specifically concerned with guidelines for New Patients.While it is too soon to determine the effects of the procedure, I believe the way in which the procedure was performed felt unsafe and emotionally traumatizing. It is my belief that ************ had not completed intake discussions when he began injections. ************ began Dysport injections with no warning, continued injections without any discussion regarding location of injection, spilled the Dysport liquid on my face and berated me for my profession. I did not receive the injections I expected due to the provider injecting without explanation or conversation of what my desired results were. The entire encounter has been a terrible experience and the conversations I have had with local offices have confirmed my experience was not normal.I am seeking a full refund of $127.40, as well as coverage for a fix elsewhere which would amount to $260. *** tried to communicate my experience twice over the phone, requested a refund to the office manager (both, verbal and written) and was only informed that my follow up appointment was cancelled due to an online review where I detailed my experience. When conversing with the office manager, I was told that the doctor was board certified and has plenty of happy customers- I completely understand that, unfortunately it's irrelevant to the treatment I received and the lack of new patient consultation.Business response

*********** is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 25 years experience dealing with a Patient Consultation & Surgery.
This patient had a consultation with ************ prior to the injections. Patient states that she wants her money refunded because she had to go elsewhere, and she had it fixed and states later in her complaint that she realizes that it hasnt taken effect havent yet.
We tried to explain this to the patient, but we feel she just wants to get Cosmetic Injections without paying for it.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The business keeps stating that ************ is a board certified surgeon, which I fully understand. The problem does not lie within his experience or credentials. The problem lies within the lack of new patient care and overall respect for the patients wants and needs. I was not given any new patient procedure or consultation. The business claims that I had a consultation with ************, which is untrue- if anything there was a partial consultation but desired results were not discussed, placement of injections were not discussed, and I was injected with no warning.
On top of this, I had the injections dripping on my face each time, which is not a normal experience. The results have started to kick in and it is now very clear that he did not inject in one of the places I had asked for. This means the injections I paid for were not used in the locations I asked for.
Additionally, it is my belief that this business is not in the interest of serving their customers in a respectful or safe manner, but instead looking to rush people in and out in order to scam them of their money.
I am not looking for free injections as the business stated, I am looking to be refunded due to the traumatic and half-assed experience I had in their office, and the aftermath of every communication Ive had with them about my experience where they expressed their complete disinterest in my experience.
I paid to have injections, I was not given any new patient procedure discussions, I was not given the injections where I asked for, and I was injected without warning each time which is dangerous and unprofessional. Again, the credentials of this surgeon are not in question, the ethics and the protocol, specifically New Patient protocol, are in question.
If the business has surveillance video in the room in which the procedure was performed, they will see that everything I am sharing is true, and hopefully then will understand how unacceptable their treatment during and after this experience is.

We are rejecting her rejection.
We provided a service. She received said service, paid a reasonable price for service yet did not like the provider who provided the service. This is an elective procedure and the good news is that she never has to come here again. We wish her well.

I went in on a Monday for services, and paid cash- $250- while checking out. The lady and I even spoke the $3 change I was due that I told her to just keep. That same week on Thursday, I check my bank account see they ran payment via *** as well. I call and speak to someone and they said they were sorry and they were pushing through the *** refund and it would be so many business days. I wait two weeks and nothing. So I call back and speak with someone else and basically get told that now I cant have a refund bc they dont have record of receiving cash. That maybe I imagined paying cash and everyone makes mistakes. I have been going here for a couple years with no issue but now theyre basically calling me a liar and double charged me, and they refuse to refund me. Bc I have gone here so many times and paid cash every time, I didnt think it necessary to get a receipt and they are now taking advantage. I asked them to check the cameras for that day and time so they could see me hand her cash and they refused. They can easily check and see that I did pay with cash.Initial Complaint

I was baited and switched into a financing agreement. Wad charged thousands for procedures I did not receive. I was left completely botched from the procedure that they did to. I started an online group of advocates against them, there are 20 women so far with similar complaints. Please help us.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/04/13) */ ******** ****** came to Premiere Center looking to get several procedures done totaling $12,500 in which she financed $6000. We were not able to proceed with all procedures, so we adjusted her invoice and finance plan accordingly to $10,100 with a new finance amount of $3560.05, with the total after fees becomes $3780. We have gone over ********'s contract and verified the amounts are correct for the services provided, however ******** has not made any of her agreed upon payments which caused her to be sent to collections for the balance of $3780 for the procedures completed. Left me with a deformed body and no pain control. I have 28 other women who have contacted me who are currently going through similar issues with this practice. I had surgery completed at this facility years ago, initially everything was fine. Years later blue sutures came out from the incision that never dissolved. Now I'm in a lot of pain and blue string leaving the area the surgery was performed at years ago under the skin. The sutures were inside the breast and I would have never known until my body spit out the blue string recently but it's still stuck inside too so I cannot just pull it out. Very painful. I call the office and no one responds. Yolanda the office manager and nurse on staff says after a year they will do nothing per thier contract. If I didn't catch the suture in 1 year of surgery they won't even see me. This is wrong on every level. The minimum they can do is take a look and remove the defective suture they were using at that time or misused inside of my body that I never knew was there until my body spit it out years later. I was not born with blue string hanging out of my body that Is stuck inside too and knotted in the skin at that too.Business response

Hi , I have had nothing but problems with this business. First I had a procedure done there that has caused me continued problems. Not only did they mess up my procedure but the staff I've dealt with Cynthia t. has been extremely rude and unprofessional swearing at me and being extremely degrading during every encounter . I am forced to go elsewhere to finish the job that they couldn't do right the first time and I've requested my medical records to provide to my new doctor who would like to review to put together a game plan for what needs to be done this time around to fix my problems and it's been pulling teeth receiving my medical records . I've called numerous times . I've filled out the medical release form. Nobody will get back to me or provide me what's needed to take care of my health problems . This is delaying my procedure and essentially me feeling better and I'm getting extremely frustrated . This is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention not providing me MY medical records that I've requested 4 times now is which is illegal.Business response

Premiere immediately sent her the Medical records release form. Premiere received the Ms. ******s written request for medical records on October 30, 2021, and began the process of preparing records for pick up. Ms. ******s records will be ready for pick up by Friday Nov. 12th. HIIPA dictates that medical offices are given 30 days to provide medical records from the date of receiving the written requests. Premiere will call Ms. ****** when ready for pick up. As we do with all patients, Ms. ****** was treated with the utmost respect and medical care. We assisted her with filing claims to help cover the cost of her desired procedure. Premiere for Cosmetic Surgery wishes Ms. ****** good health and all the best for her and her family.
