My chiro made appt w/neurologist for extreme headaches/memory loss due to concussion. May 10, 2024, upon turning paperwork,I was being coerced into signing documents that stated I had already been treated and understand the treatment. I refused to sign and was ridiculed.I saw the Dr., I gave him the rundown. He said he'd give me shots in my spine. Me, "WHAT? NO!!! We need to deal with headaches first-I'm not getting shots in my spine.Ever." He tells me I need to see a neurologist. I said, "I thought that is what YOU were." No. Not even one in building. He told assistant to put on charts "nothing, she's needs to see a neurologist, she was sent to wrong place." When it was confirmed that the charge was $0, I did sign something and left. Fast forward, I get a bill for $1622!!!! I call to discuss their error and tell them I do NOT have a lawyer when the repeatedly asked. She then told me I DID have a lawyer and to call the lawyer and talk to her about it. I told her I had let the lawyer go and no longer have a lawyer and she told me 'too bad, call her' and hung up on me. I called back to ask for my records to be mailed to me and they told me they 'can't do that' and hung up on me. I am not allowed to speak to ************** according to his office, so I have to contact him in extreme manner to clarify and verify his offices mistake in billing.They refuse to give me my own records or signatures and refuse to let me speak to the **************** saw, nor give me any email or contact information for him. They tell me to call my lawyer, when I don't have an attorney anymore. I let them go a month ago. They refuse to speak to me about my own visit and bill. There is no bill to negotiate if it is $0. Please **************--HELP ME SORT THIS MISTAKE WITH YOUR OFFICE BILLING!!
