      A Greenhouse salesman came to my door around May 2021 to sell me a pest service. He told me that Greenhouse would take care of all pests excluding mosquitos and termites. Well after almost 2 years of service, I actually got an infestation in my home and now they want to charge me $230 extra on top of what I am already paying for a bug I understood would be covered. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. In my 20 years of living in this house, I have never had a pest until I rendered services from this company.

      We Hired Greenhouse Environmental previously TruGreen to help rid us of our bug issue. Their chemical products destroyed our yard, killing the grass, while we noticed the bugs multiply. We had potholes forming after their spray. I canceled and demanded them to stop services and they continued to charge us. $120 every 2 months. We called numerous times and they continued to charge. We want a full refund for damage done and horrid products!

You used the excuse it was a temporary hold, and proceeded to arrive and charge us without notice. Then my husband had to run outside and stop you.       I told them multiple times to cancel my account and that I would not be renewing. They did not cancel my account and still continued to charge my card. When speaking with them they told me that I did not ask to have my account canceled on my last call. They did not provide service for the last charge on my card and this is unacceptable

      We had a guy come to our house selling this service. We were mislead when the contract was completed, and we were charged $109.00 for a service already paid for. They would not cancel the contract when we called and both people we talked to were rude.
