I had been working as a brand ambassador for a company that uses Strive Pharmacies. Working with this pharmacy has not been easy, to say the least. 1st issue was they sent my prescription to somewhere in ****, I live in *******. 2nd issue was my medication vial bubbled out medication when I would pull the needle out of the vial, after reaching out multiple times I was met with no answer. 3rd issue, they sent me a vial that was supposed to have 400units of medication in it to dose 100units per week, I got 110units out of the vial (10units of the 110 went to the next weeks shot). When I reached out they sent me a replacement vial, yall it had 40units in it. I was able to get 50units because of the remaining 10units in the 1st vial, but that is still only half of what I am supposed to have. When I reached out to the care team, I was met with so much resistance and was basically called a liar! They claim they sent me the correct dosage, there is no way, and if they did so then why would they have sent me a replacement vial to begin with! I sent pictures of all the issues I had, showing the lack of medication in the vial, but they dont care! As I said, I was all but out right called a liar, and that is not something I would do, nor is it in my character! This is just a couple of issues I have had, but I highly recommend going elsewhere for your medication because their customer ***************** control leaves A LOT to be desired! They made it seem like they dont make these kind of mistakes, but after googling it, I have found so many complaints regarding this same issue!
