I have sent them e-mails 7 times to dispute the claim. I continue to get a bounce reply Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now. This is crazy Below is my e-mail I am formally disputing Dispute encounter 8563502-1 My wife and I have a history of utilizing ************* care. That history includes quick and full payment of all bills. I have never not paid a medical bill.This bill is completely inconsistent with what I was told and what I have seen.I went for 3 physical therapy sessions. I was told I would pay $65 and nothing more. I am attaching a copy of your internal paperwork.After I receive services this was billed through Asvent not through PT Health Solutions of South Tampa. As a result this was billed to my insurance company as a hospital visit. Two or three 30 to 40 minutes sessions, by the way the physical therapist was seeing multiple patients,Cost me an outrageous $1593.10. I did pay my three copays of $65 each total 195. My insurance company paid $1128.24 a total of $1323.24 was paid for two or three physical therapy sessions. That in itself is ridiculously high. If I would have known I would have be build this way I would have accepted service and found a different provider.The bottom line, after $1323.24 was paid to Advent or PT solutions, I am now being building an additional $269.86 because this was billed as a hospital visit and not physical therapy. I have invested about 6 hours trying to clear this up.I will not go back to PT Solutions, I am completely unhappy. I also ask that you credit this $269.86 balance. I don't even know how I was ever billed this. I am attaching a copy of the invoice as well as your internal paperwork. Please reply back thank you I have multiple sclerosis, as such I pay my bills promptly and in full. It is important to me that I pay aside from being the right thing to do, I always want to be in good standing with my providers. I will always do the right thing this, the bill sent to me is absolutely not the right thing and needs to be fixed. You are distance is appreciated.I also called Advent at least 11 times. I do have a record of my calls on my phone. They only recorded that I called 1 time. I have no Idea why they did not make notes of my issues or calls. Is that even ok not to make notes in my health file?
