I spent $166.81 for a braided dracaena marginata plant on 9/9/21. After I sent a few emails inquiring where my order was, the seller finally shipped the plant on 9/22/21. The plant arrived drenched in water (overwatering kills this plant) with most leaves broken, as well as one entire section of it's trunk caved in, meaning that part of the plant was dying before they shipped. I understand a bit of damage occurs during shipment, and I would have been fine with a few broken leaves, but an entire section of this plant is dying. Totally unacceptable. They should have inspected this plant before shipment. I have sent 15+ emails with pictures to plantz.com to no response. I shouldn't be forced to be keep a partially dying, damaged plant since I didnt pay for a partially dying, damaged plant. They claim they send healthy plants and will take care of any plant that arrives damage, yet the owner is ignoring my emails. Now I'm forced to come to BBB for help in resolving this issue.Business response
