Alvarez A/C & Plumbing is the most honest and reliable a/c company I have used. Took over my a/c maint about a year ago and we haven't had a single issue. **************** is top notch and techs are friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Alvarez to anyone looking for a reputable a/c company. Have not used Plumbing division yet, but feel ownership has alot to do with quality of employees and expect when I need them will have the same quality service. Well done Alvarez!

On time, professional and cordial, plumbing completed in a timely fashion. Cost was very reasonable. All debris removed and space left spotless.

Alvarez Plumbing & A/C arrived quickly and got right to work. ***** and ****** make a great team - keeping us updated the entire time. They did all the diagnosis possible without the drain line camera, which will be another visit. No one likes plumbing problems but be assured that the Alvarez team has you covered.

Water has been backing up into our toilet and showers, so we called Alvarez Plumbing to fix the problem. The first time Alvarez Plumbing arrived, it was diagnosed that the toilet in our master bathroom was not flushing properly and needed to be replaced. Everything else was said to be fine. Over $600 later, we had a new toilet; however, the same issue returned after a few days. We called Alvarez Plumbing back, and someone came out and attempted to diagnose the problem once again. This time, it was said that our sewer pipes have some blockage due to age and a slight dip in one area. About $500 more, and the problem was said to be fixed. Before leaving, there was mention of other, more expensive measures that could be taken to clear the pipes more thoroughly, but those would not be necessary at the time. Four days after the second attempted fix, and the problem has returned. Neither the new toilet nor the snaking of the sewer pipe has fixed the problem. I will be requesting a refund for both services provided, for neither has solved the problem fully, let alone sufficiently. I would not trust Alvarez Plumbing with any future plumbing needs, and I would not recommend Alvarez Plumbing to anyone else at this time.

I had a bad leak with water damage, from my water heater. Was able to schedule an appointment within a few hours. **** and his assistant were excellent, very professional. Had a new water heater brought in and replaced. Recommend a restoration company that responded promptly. I got a senior discount and price I paid was $200 cheaper than I was quoted for labor alone by a local plumber. Highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing! Thank you!
