Bait and switch company. Sales person did not know about the promotion they were running. It was emailed to me by the President.Wanted to change my layout of the system when its been fine for over 20years. Tried to sell me a unit that I did not want. $3500 for a tankless??? Office person was unaware of peoples gas rebate of $550. and made no attempt to rectify and said the reps nickname was "the Hammer". NiceReview from Sheriff S

This is an awful company, unprofessional team the manager hung up on my face while on the phone, the team came out here and took six breaks every break for 30 minutes to fix one small item we have been trying to call them they are rude hanging up on us especially that lady her name is Tammy I think she's a manager I have reported them to the better Business bureau and I'm going after them , I have everything recorded definitely I do not suggest anyone to use this company

I have reviewed this information and it has been brought to out attention that you are a tenant in a condo owned by another person. It has also been brought to my attention that you were verbally yelling and screaming at the office personnel in regards to an issue that was not approved by your landlord to do. The office personnel is not even supposed to talk to a non responsible party in regards to any repair that is not being paid for by them. You called into the office yelling and when asked were you going to allow them to talk and were you listening, you then stated no and after the call gets to that point, we cannot subject our employees to any further stressors, we had no choice but to end the call.
