This is by far the worst company I ever dealt with. HENRRY came later than the expected time. He DID NOT fix the leaking shower as requested. He actually made the situation worse. He spent hours going back and forth, in and out of the house, only to put a shower head on. Even after the shower head was on, it was very unstable and loose. He then tested it and the leak was worse. Then he tried to leave without saying anything until I brought it to his attention that the issue was not resolved. Then he said that he will be back the next day. I told him what are we suppose to do until then. Then he stated "That's your problem" and threw his own company under the bus. He said the staff did not tell him about the issue which was a blatant lie. Then he ended up driving away without concern. Then He never showed up the next day, as he promised. That is when I noticed I had outside water all the way on, where I realized there was a flood of water in my garden that ran into the street gutter!!!!!!!!!!! He left my water running overnight without turning it off which is going to cause a VERY HIGH WATER BILL. HENRRY SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND FIRED. I am working on a lawsuit, as I have contacted my attorneys. He charged me $400 for basically doing NOTHING. BEWARE. THIS COMPANY PREYS on emergency plumbing situations with customers. You will not get a good resolution. That is why they mostly operate after hours and charge double.

I never left a review ever in my life but this hurts badly to type as this has costed me money and stress. JUSTICE SHOULD BE SERVED!!
