I have had continual issues with my machine since purchasing it last fall. I have opened various support tickets with little resolve. I've even brought this to the attention of support as they have a big problem in sending a response and closing the ticket without any verification. When we purchased this machine we were told about the support and how great it is, yet we've never found it to be the case, which has been admitted to me by employees there. My last attempt to open a support ticket was never even responded to. The one previous to that was closed without verification. I just put in for another this evening. The inconsistency of this printer and the issues is constanly costing me money. I've been wanting to add a gang sheet builder to my site but honestly do not trust this machine to be consistent. I've verified my tempt and humidity. I run test prints/cleanings/ and wet capping every night to maintaing the heads. But I'm constantly having to do reprints and sometime repurchased garments due to the prints, it's costing me money. I've once had to have my color profile re-added. So many issues that don't make sense and the company has not made good on the support they spoke about during purchase. This machine is going to put us out of business. I will say the company was working to make things right previously and had even credited me for more supplies to replace messed up prints. But even since then I've been fighting issues and not making any money due to the continual reprinting. And since those attempts support either ghosts me or closes my tickets without verification. Do I have buyers remorse, Yes, but not due to the cost of the equipment, but due to the lack of proper support and wasted money.
