I am the neighbor to one of the Brandon property. This property is a constant nightly pool party after 10 pm. The neighbors are constantly awaken by noise. There’s a bright LED light that shines in our window, the one across the whole streets window, and is entirely unnecessary. I have contacted the property company multiple times about this issue and I don’t even get to hear from the manager because “it’s late and he’s asleep”, but you know who else would like to be sleeping? The other residents around HIS PROPERTY. I’m beyond frustrated with the complete LACK of professionalism from this company and their little efforts to resolve this issue. If you stay here, PLEASE RESPECT the neighbors, I have a family, I do not want to hear you coming in after 10 pm slamming your car doors and having a whole pool party. You’re on vacation, I live here, I have work and my kids have school. *****UPDATE***** Owner just called and said “now this is War” because I chose to post a review with my complaints after hearing nothing from the company because there “was nothing to talk about”. After getting talked over, yelled at, and completed insulted by MARK. I chose to hang up. He proceeded to call me 2 more times as if I would want to be yelled at about a complaint I had, sends me this text.
