Awful company that preys on renter with non-sense fees and terrible response times to issues. Moved into the home with MOLD covered shower and ceiling and hvac. I am talking a lot of mold here. Smart homes fees to just have a ring camera and a broken electric locks on the doors. I pay $40 a month just to have a ring camera. Who would have guessed a ring camera could be so profitable. Paid $300 pet fee per animal, which is understandable, but THEN i pay $45 PER MONTH PER ANIMAL for animal rent. You pay fees on having no rental insurance when its really not needed. You pay fees every month on an air filter that looks like it costs $1, when I'm more than responsible to buy my own and replace it myself. You are charged fees for them to send you a bill in your EMAIL. You are forced when you move in to do a walk through through the home so you will have to make time for that when ever they want to randomly schedule that, then another in 6 months time frame, which is extreme invasion of space. This walk through is just for them to tell you that you have to take care of all the weeds around the house, when you move in and everything is extremely over grown already. You will be told you will be charged if that is not taken care of, you are told you will be charged for every square ft of paint that seems off, you are told you will be charged if anything goes wrong with the house. You are sent a 2 page letter explaining all the fees that will be taken out of your security deposit down to the toilet being dirty ($20 per toilet) when you move in and the toilets smell like sewer water. So you will have to clean that yourself, so make sure to come with bleach when you move in because regular toilet bowl cleaner wont do it. For the price I pay for rent these days its non sense to occur all these fees. This company is listed on NYSE and a big company, so they will do anything they can to PREY and improve their bottom line on people struggling to just buy groceries. Stay away.
