            I leased a 2 bed 2 bath Home on Salmon Drive in Port Richey Florida From Florida Real Estate and Associates from June 1st 2021 to May 30th 2022, In that entire year time, NOT ONCE did I have any in-person contact. They did not do any sort of walkthrough at move in and flat out refused to do a move out walkthrough. The house was severely smoke damaged upon our arrival and many things were broken that they never fixed. Not once in the WHOLE YEAR did they respond to any of my repair requests. NOT ONCE. They would rather let the house fall apart and collect those steady rent checks than lift a finger to help their tenants. True slumlords of the highest degree. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They will leave you in a house that is falling apart, never respond to your pleas for repairs, and WORST OF ALL: try and charge for things that were long broken before you arrived or damages caused by their own extreme neglect of their property. If I didn't just buy my own home, I would be scared to post this for need of using them as a reference. Thankfully, I am done with slumlords FOREVER. Right now, you have your choice of leasing companies. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT CHOOSE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE AND ASSOC. PS: Amber F. is very difficult to deal with.
