I was Arlidian "*****" Pearson's client since 08/17/22 and I uploaded images. I am disputing this business because they breached the confidentiality of two other clients. I was able to reach out to one former client, but was unable to contact the other one named ******* ******** claims to offer resume editing services, however instead of reviewing/editing my resume as requested she sent me two other clients' resumes to use as reference. One client did not authorize ***** to do that. Arlidian Pearson is the *** of Pearson Workforce Solutions and I worked with her virtually through Zoom/Google video meetings. ***** is also conducting an unfair practice because she persuaded me to do a ***** staffing ******** project for her business. I did so voluntarily but she did not offer any sort of discount incentive for my assistance. She stated that if my ***** ******** got accepted with the ****************** she would potentially offer me employment with her firm. However, after I sent her the ******** she sent me the link to the meeting that selected staffing ********s she no longer mentioned potential employment with her. The ******** I wrote was not accepted by the city's staffing committee. ***** exploited my professional skills as a professional writer for the benefit of her business.***** also frequently cancelled 1:1 meetings with me and group ********************* meetings on ******** with no 24hr notice. She advertised the group as a way for others to network. However, everyone except myself and another client are inactive.
