      Expect deceitful management here.

      Have been a resident for several years, never missed a payment, and have been very understanding with regards to major issues (apartment dirty and covered in pet hair upon move-in, ~20 nails in driveway after roof repair, trash in trees from roof repair never removed, unguarded pool fraught with late-night parties, frequent community events with little-to-no warning of towing cars to make room, etc.)

      Manager Victoria W. made a verbal agreement to update some features in our older unit as incentive for us to re-sign. Communication was sparse and, despite agreeing via phone, she was out of office during the small window in which we could have gotten an amended lease agreement to include apartment updates as a contingency (alongside significant monthly price hikes.) Weeks after re-signing maintenance confirmed the updates and attempted to schedule, but manager Victoria W. called to inform she would not approve the upgrades to our current unit, giving broken and inconsistent reasoning, but rather we could re-sign a new lease agreement for a different unit at an additional +$300/mo (on top of a +$400/mo hike) if we really wanted the upgrades.

      I will not be re-signing here again and I advise any prospective customer to look elsewhere, unless they have the time and desire to play games with management.

      We are sorry to hear that you have not been completely satisfied. Please note that we do have a courtesy officer that is available via our 24/7 phone line if there are any after hours issues with noise or people at the pool. Many of the community events in the public park are planned by the master HOA and the roadways throughout the community are public roads and are managed by the County; therefore we have no involvement in towing of cars from the main roads. During the initial discussion of your lease renewal, the manager had a phone conversation and offered a courtesy carpet or tile cleaning upon renewal. At a later date it was requested by you to have the countertops changed from the current green color. It was not understood that you were requesting quartz countertops and we apologize again if your initial request was misunderstood. Quartz countertops were never offered or agreed upon. As we explained via the phone and email, we are unable to upgrade occupied apartments with quartz countertops. We are adding quartz in select apartments that are fully renovated while they are vacant. We have discussed pricing and options for you to transfer to an upgraded apartment that was declined. We have also offered to speak to our countertop resurfacing company to find out if they are able to resurface your countertops to change the green color to beige and that was also declined. If you would still like to move forward with the carpet cleaning or tile cleaning please let us know. If you would like us to contact our vendor to see if the resurfacing is possible, please let us know.
