Two years ago I placed my first purchase with Hurst Hardwoods for prefinished ********** Cypress. I worked with ****. My purchase was seamless. I was a little nervous about shipping however my floors (23 boxes) came without a blemish! Had the floors professionally installed and they are beautiful. To this day the floors are the highlight of our house! In the past three weeks we've made two additional purchases of ********** Cypress to continue updating the floors in our house. Phase one has been received and installed. Phase two is in route. Our flooring is awesome, **** has been fabulous to work with and we look forward to continuing to do business with Hurst.

We bought the Jackson Hole flooring. 3/4 inch solid Hickory.. We were told it has a 30 year warranty. We've had it under 2 years after a year. The top coding is starting to flake off. It is not an oxidized finish like they said. It is that period it is solely a very thin layer of a coating I don't know what it is but it is coming off. They want me to hire a certified floor inspector that costs up to $600 to Prove it is defective. It doesn't say anything in there warranty that you have to hire somebody to prove flooring is defective. They are trying to get around not complying with their warranty which is a legally binding contract. Michael says there is no warranty for this product. And too bad if you have buyers remorse and if you waited 15 years before you upgraded from carpet to purchase flooring that you thought would last you 30 more years. They don't answer my emails. They don't respond to anything I say a about trying to is trying to get a resolution. The flooring inspector told me companies will tell you to hire a certified flooring inspector They are trying to get around not having to comply with their warranty. And it does not guarantee even if it's proven defective that they will comply with the warranty. I am really frustrated at this period I have spent almost $10000 for material and labor for this flooring and I'm absolutely disgusted I can't finish my kitchen it's all ripped apart still ripped apart still with no countertops on her tops I have boards on top. I can't put countertops on because the flooring is underneath my cabinets in the kitchen. Totally disgusted with Hurst hardwood flooring company in Florida.

Andrea in customer service was very responsive to my questions My hardwood flooring and stair treads arrived exactly according to schedule. The wood is beautiful and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Hurst Hardwoods

Worked with Matt on an order of 18 boxes of prefinished flooring. The flooring was being shipped from Florida to Illinois. I had concerns about the condition it might be in by the time I got it but it came in excellent condition and even arrived earlier then expected. Matt was great to work with and the price he gave us was a fair price.

I ordered 37 boxes of hand scraped hickory, and it is of excellent quality. Evie was awesome, she helped me so much, answering questions and sending out samples. I highly recommend this flooring, it is absolutely beautiful installed. The price point is good as well!!!

Amazing! Evie was wonderful, knowledgable and very responsive. She had samples out to me in less than a week and once my order was placed, my order was shipped and received in about a week. Pricing was terrific also. Highly recommend, shop small, the folks at Hurst will take care of you!
