      From the start of this project everyone was very professional. ****** is amazing she helped me pick out my flooring for my **** sq home. The demo crew worked very fast and cleaned up daily. I absolutely love my new vinyl flooring.

      Fraudulent company. The sales pitch is one thing and the result is another. Major mistakes made with our floors and no reasonable compensation was made. No one takes ownership of mistakes. They charged my account without signature or consent and did so before the job was even done. No bill of service was provided.

      We picked one tile, a different color was installed.

      They told us zero gap with no grout showing, they installed with full grout lines.

      Tile delivered with one box of broken tiles, installers took 2 full boxes that were left, no one mentioned a credit until I brought it up.

      Multiple week delay on carpet install because of mistakes measuring, ordering and cutting the carpet.

      We agreed on half up front half upon completion, yet they began charging me days before the job was done.

      There is no one in charge. You only deal with the sales rep. If you call the warehouse (unlisted number so here: 8 1 3 2 5 0 1 5 3 2 ) they take no ownership of issues and force you back to the sales rep.

      We are not a fraudulent company. We have apologized to the customer and have given him Approx. 300.00 in credit back for the mistakes. The salesperson came to the customers home with the tile sample to show him it was the color he looked at. the tile was 9 x 48 so he cannot have a nonexistent grout line on that size tile. It was kept uniform. The measure service we used measured the job short we do not know why but rushed the carpet. The carpet did not arrive at the warehouse until Friday afternoon 2:30 so I had no one to install until Monday morning and he was installed Monday. I believe we did apologize about the error in charging the customer as it was a mistake in the office and we immediately VOIDED it the same day. We strive to work with our customers and do our best when an unfortunate circumstance happens.
