On February 9, 2022 I purchased online with AMEX two Nova oog -torchiere floor lamps for $5548.92. I kept checking in by an email and phone call and I was told that they had to be made in Europe, and because of Covid they were having some trouble so the shipment would be delayed. I continuously called and emailed over the next months and each time they would say it was coming and then I would get a notification that it was again delayed. I continuously called and asked for my money back, but they barely responded. And when they did, they said I could not get my money back and I need to wait for the delivery. Most recently I was told it would come in January 2023. However, this week I received a notification that the company is no longer in business. they told me to contact AMEX for a refund, but AMEX said they only can help out within 60 days of purchase. AMEX suggested that I contact you at the Better Business Bureau. I have all my correspondence as well as my purchase receipt. I want to know what I can provide to help you investigate further and get my money back. Thank you very much.Initial Complaint

In May of 2022, I placed an order for a hanging light ($442 dollars, order ****) immediately the tracker online did not work and would land on a broken link. I contacted customer service they told me delivery was in 8 week end of July. End of July comes, tracking link still broken, customer service tells me that there were delays with the shipping carton. End of August arrives- still no word on my order , no working tracking link. I contact them and ask what is going on with my order. **************** then responds "Oh! was just about to email you, the order was not on the carton when the ship arrived ,sorry!" They said a refund would be processed in **** business days it has now been ONE MONTH, no refund and NO responses from customer service. They have gone totally dark. THis business is a fraud. They are taking money and not shipping product.Initial Complaint

I ordered a light fixture 2 months ago and have not received it. Nobody answers the phone number listed on the website, and they are also not responding to my emails. The funds were taken from my bank account and I will be disputing if I do not hear back and receive the item.
