      Ordered what I thought was a ********************** from as seen on Tv. Received email today stating the following: "Our sincerest apologies for the mistake. Unfortunately, the name brand Rocky ******** has been discontinued and is no longer available. We will have our website updated to reflect this change. The item you received came with straws and a cleaner, which the Rocky ******** does not, but still has the same insulated features." IF I would have know it wasn't the rocky ******** tumbler brand I wouldn't have ordered. I could have order 2 for price of one on Amazon with no shipping costs.

We received your email on May 9 and responded on May 10. ***** tracking had been emailed to you at the time of shipment as well as in the emails we sent to you in response to your emails. Please note, we cannot fabricate tracking and we have no control over how a package is handled once it leaves our facility. Tracking shows your package was delivered on May 13.       on 07/17/2022 at 10:28 pm, I placed an order for 3 adjustable click comfort belts: 2 black, 1 brown. I got 2 emails confirming this order and also the money was taken out of my account: $50.17 I also paid for USPS Priority Mail. They mentioned it'd take 2-3 business days, and never included a tracking number. It's been 6 days, and I tried contacting them through calling and sending a email, with no response from either. I just want to know if the product was sent or not, and if it wasn't: a refund. the order ID number was XXXXXX as well as the invoice number, and the customer ID was XXXXXX. I don't know if I include the Transaction ID or the Authorization Code but here they are: Trans ID XXXXXXXXXXX and Auth Code XXXXXX

      I placed an order for 2 adjustable Click Comfort Belts (Brown and Black) which were ordered on June 10 , 2021. The cost of the total cost of the belts were $25.90 and the shipping cost was $11.00. I received the belts on June 17, 2021. Order number ****** Tracking : ******************. I ordered the incorrect size, so I returned them with a return receipt from the US Postal service. Tracking : *********************. The items were received by the company on June ,22,2021 at 2:17 p.m. I have not receive a refund of $25.90 for the returned items. When I called the company and emailed them I did not receive a response. I called again and was told that I would not receive a full refund. The shipping charge was not refundable, but would receive the remaining balance. As of today August 16th, I have not received anything. I've tried contacting them at the 1-888-510-1194 (which is always busy) and emailng the customer service number, but have not received a response. Thank you
