First time ever ordering from this company and have to say I am extremely disappointed. Rather than receiving the product that I purchased on their website I received two completely different items. They never notified me that my order was out of stock, just sent the two different items and I guess just assumed I'd be fine with it. As of the time of this review, the product (Gamma+ UNO cordless single foil *****************) still shows up as being in-stock on their website.So I was disappointed that I didn't receive the correct item but whatever, I figured I would just politely reach out and ask for return label so that I could send the items back for a refund. Wrong. After several back and forth emails with customer service I was told that I could either pay to send the items back myself or just be happy with what they sent me.In other words, now I'm stuck with a charge due to the company knowingly sending me the wrong product. They won't provide a return label, saying that "their system" doesn't have it. (Literally anyone can quickly generate a shipping label online and they know this) I don't want what they sent me. Have never had a shopping experience quite like this before.I would strongly caution anyone from ordering from them. They advertise great prices but won't tell you if the item you ordered is out of stock and may instead send you something which they deem "close enough" and you'll get stuck with it. Their website looks nice but if you have to talk to their support it becomes clear that it's an unprofessional operation. Now after almost a week of sunk-time I'm stuck trying to go through my bank to get the charge disputed. Ugh.Date of purchase: 4/6/2023
