I recently went to the Intimissimi store at ******************************************************* They didnt have a specific color of the bra so the store associate ordered it for me to come to the store. It was ordered on April 20th 2024. It arrived May 11th 2024 and was picked up by me from the store. I tried it at home and didnt like the fit so I wanted to return it. Intimissimi website said that there should be a return label included in my package but there wasnt one so I went to store to return it. The store manager lied to me that it cant be returned in store because its an online purchase although it was made by a store associate. I asked several times and they said no they cant accept the return. Their system wont allow it. They told me to contact the customer service fr the return label. I contacted customer service and they told me I have to return it in store since the purchase was made in store. I called the store and they told me that now I am out of return window although its May 21st - only 10 days since the order arrived. So I am stuck with an order I cant return and no one is helping .
