Gold Seal Roofing, LLC recently installed their second roof for ** on different houses. One was a metal roof on a two story house in the historic district of Old Seminole Heights (*****) and the other was a standard, shingle roof on a one story house in north *****. Both times the work was done professionally and timely with good communication throughout by *********************** and his team. They were available to answer questions at all times; and the project Manager was on site the entire time. Based on our experience we would highly recommend them to others and will use them again should we have a future need.****** and *****************************

This company will not return calls and has not honored their contract. There is also no clause in their “proposal” for termination. I HIGHLY recommend that no one contact them for roof work. I’ve submitted forms on their website & left countless messages & sent texts. No replies. I’m considering legal action so I can cancel the “proposal” and find a company to replace the roof. They are not an A+ company & BBB needs to stop giving out these bogus ratings!!Gold Seal Roofing, LLC Response

Customer is located in the hurricane area of Southwest Florida. Because of permitting delays and difficulty with material deliveries, it has been taking up to twelve weeks for installations. The customer was contacted and the roof installation has been scheduled.Review from Harry P

We highly recommend Gold Seal Roofing. They completed installing our new roof last week in three days with an excellent, hard-working crew who started early and worked late, finishing their work in three days. This is the second time we have used Gold Seal Roofing; the first time was on our former home which we sold about five years ago. Both times we received professional, timely, and thoughtful service at a reasonable rate with the appropriate guarantees and efforts to be sure we were pleased.

I highly recommend Gold Seal Roofing. Nobody likes to have their roof replaced but Gold Seal made it as painless as possible. They worked with me after I learned that my insurance company had dissolved and in order to get a new insurance policy at a reasonable rate, I would need to replace a 19-year-old roof.
I had a project manager, Dave, who kept me apprised of every phase of work. The crew was courteous and diligent. Richard C. is a top-notch owner who prides himself in the work he does and company he owns. And it shows!
I couldn't be happier with the quality and expertise of Gold Seal Roofing. I highly recommend them.
By the way, I was referred to Gold Seal by my Insurance Agent and again by the wind mitigation inspector. All and all, a very good experience.Gold Seal Roofing, LLC Response

This was my third roof with Gold Seal and Dave who did the quote was very responsive. And Richard C., the owner was always accessible. Their crew did a great job. They had to replace more wood underneath the shingles than they expected. It was a very very reasonable surcharge on the extra wood and I am now confident that we have a roof that will withstand hurricanes and maintain the integrity of our home.
I recommend Gold Seal without hesitation. Treat them with respect and they will return the favor many times over.Gold Seal Roofing, LLC Response

I was referred to Gold Seal by my realtor, who was very familiar and pleased with the jobs she had been involved in. Her referral was not disappointing. Richard contacted me immediately, even though he was out of town. His estimate was timely and accurate and the work started sooner than quoted. I was able to visit his office to learn about and view the many shingle choices. Even though the supply was limited due to current situations, Richard was able to get the shingles we wanted through his network of suppliers. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. End result excellent. I would definitely use Gold Seal again and refer them to anyone in need of a good roofing company.Gold Seal Roofing, LLC Response
