  The roof was re-roofed in February 2021 and had several occasions leaking.On March 13, 2022, additional repairs were done by the company.On Saturday, June 17, 2023, I had a light cover ball in my bedroom closet half full of water after the rain, and there was water on the floor of my laundry room.On June 18th, the company advised me that they will come over on June 19, 2023, and they did.On June 27, 2023, I had leaking water through electrical in my bedroom closet.On June 29 and July 2nd, I was advised that The heat has just been overwhelming this week and limited my work hours, but the owner came to my property, and I believe he was doing some repairs.On July 8, 2023, Saturday, I emailed new pictures of the water leaking through the lamp in the bedroom closet.On July 10, 2023, I was still experiencing leaks due to rainy days. I emailed more pictures, but unfortunately, the owner was out of town again.On July 11, 2023, I had to place a bucket in the middle of my closet due to leaking water and continued taking pictures for myself and emailing them to the company.On July 12, 2023, the company tarped my roof.On July 16, 2023, I reminded the owner that it would be nice of them to repair my roof. I sent an email on July 17, 2023, as well.On July 18, 2023, Tuesday, I was promised by the owner, I'm going to be there on Thursday. I don't know what time yet. I had 2 different vehicles go into the shop yesterday and today, and I'm just waiting to get one back.However, no one showed up on Thursday, and no one contacted me to notify that something happened again in their business, such as someone being out of town or someones vehicle being in the repair shop.On July 21, 2023, Friday, I contacted the company again over emails and asked what happened yesterday and why no one showed up. There was no answer.When I wrote a review on ******* someone answered my review in 57 minutes.

  JM Roofing redid our roof in 2018. The roof was supposed to last 20 years and is under warranty. In 2021-2022 the roof started leaking. We called and called and emailed over an over again to try and get it fixed. Their machine said to leave a message, but no one ever replied no matter how many we left.After months, we tracked them down in ********* Florida. After several more months they came out, a guy went up onto our roof with a caulk gun and was done in maybe five minutes. He said it was fixed. He lied. The roof started leaking again. Again I called and messaged. I got a response on Jan 2nd ************************************************************** touch with the owner, Joshua Miller. No further replies despite multiple emails and multiple messages spread out over three months. I tried to contact Joshua directly. His LinkedIn said that he had taken over as COO of a company called *********** five months ago. I tried to contact them. Their website and phones were down and a newspaper article had been published showing that they were the subject of multiple lawsuits over stolen deposits in 2020. At this point Joshua Miller either he hasnt seen any of the correspondence, or hes purposefully ignoring us. The latter seems the most likely because of his association with Roof Army.According to the new roofers I called, the damage due to JM's shoddy worksmanship and refusal to respond to warranty inquiries is nearly $25,000 and if he doesnt fix it or pay for someone else to fix it, I and my family could be forced into bankruptcy by these repairs.Im trying to avoid having to take him to court due to the financial disaster his company causedbut if I cant track him down Im gonna be left with no other choice, because againbankruptcy. I have a wife and toddler. This is our first home, we just barely were able to afford it.

  **************** has not been a customer of ******************** LLC. Additionally, I have attached the warranty and contract that was with the previous owner of the home for a different business, that is no longer servicing ******** (due to covid). You can see on the contract that there were previous ********* ant problems. Also, we were never notified of the change in ownership within 30 days. I have still offered to take a look at this roof again (as we have been out for a warranty call already), however, we are doing that as a courtesy at this point and are not obligated to do so by the terms of our contract and warranty.
